you were waiting for your study buddy and best friend, won-pil in the library as both of your mid-terms are arriving. won-pil is your childhood best friend and you guys have been studying in the same school for so many years, won-pil excel in so many subject yet you're only good at english, that's why you want him to help you and he immediately agreed, and the both of you agreed to help each other out to get a spot in uni.
"sorry, traffic jam, you have been waiting for a long time, haven't you?" won-pil stumbled in and sat down opposite to you.
"it's fine but oh," you pointed at his shoulders. "it's wet? is it snowing outside?"
"n-no," he said. "just small rain. umm anyways let's study. english literature? save me, we're gonna have the test next week."
"yeah," you laughed softly. "umm, wait, this piece, pride and prejudice."
won-pil sighed, "i really hate this piece, this one is so hard, please save me again."
"it's fine let's do this, pride and prejudice is a lovely piece tho, and you have to know what these sentences interpret," you said while taking out the book. "ask me any."
"this - 'you must allow me to tell you how ardently i admire and love you', who said it? i think i slept during the class."
"mr darcy as if i remember, this sentence is romantic, love it so much, and also this 'to be fond of dancing was a certain step towards falling in love', just sweet and lovely."
as you said and memorized everything in the play happily, won-pil admired you secretly, you showed your enthusiasm in everything and this is why he thought you were special. even though you may not be very good at a certain thing you would do your best, he loved it so much and loves you dearly yet he doesn't know how to tell you.
time passed by and you had to leave as your family will be celebrating christmas at home. "thanks for the day won-pil, i think i had a pretty nice lesson with you, and i would definitely get an a-star in chemistry?"
"my pleasure soo-hyun," he smiled. by this time, you received a news notification and you clicked it open."
"won-pil, you told it wasn't snowing? look, 'seoul's first snow today'," you showed him the news.
"actually, it's rain and snow, but i just told myself it's rain and nothing more," he felt embarrassed and looked away.
"huh? what do you mean?"
"i want to watch the first snow with you," you were rather confused and lost, and you see a red tomato beside you. "because i love you. and i should watch the first snow with my favourite girl."
"kim won-pil!!!" you hit him in embarrassment and shyness.
"so?"
"i think so?"
"i'll take it as a yes then."
"whatever way you want to intrepret this dialogue my love."
