The dragon is probably trying to trick you, you stay inside the cave.
You huddle in the corner and are silent, the dragon could be anywhere. You hear and feel the ground shake after a loud stomp noise. Rocks fall from the roof of the cave.
You stay put, the dragon continues to stomp and cause rocks to fall and the ground to shake. You look up, a little to slow, as a rock falls and hits you on the head, then...
Darkness....
You died! And who knows what the dragon did to you next.
