Chapter 8 •crushes•

Kenzie's POV

When I heard those 7 words, I think my brain mentally exploded! I just starred at him with a big smile on my face not knowing what to say. So, I pieced the puzzles together and opened my mouth.

K-YES! Yes!! Yes!!!!!!
J-REALLY?!? OMG yaya!

I jumped in his arms. We stood there hugging for a while. Until, he pulled away and kissed me. That was the best 30 seconds of my life. I saw a figure and looked over to see a shocked Lauren.

L-WOAH!
J-WOAH!
K-Wow you guys really are twins
J-How much did you hear
L-I didn't hear anything all I SAW was you two lip locking in Jayden's kitchen!
K-shhhhh!
J-Look! You're the only one who knows so DO NOT tell anyone else this or else I will tell Caleb that you like him!
L-I think he already knows
K-How?!!
L-Well Hayden and Conn-
J-It doesn't matter! Do you get the point
L-Got it! No one will find out that you two like each other!
K-Thanks Teddy

We all start walking back downstairs.

CL-What took you all so long
K-Johnny and Lauren started arguing and I had to stop it
CL-NO! What took you and Johnng so long?
J-She thought her ponytail was at the side so I had to help her with it *rolls his eyes*
JA-well that's Kenzie for ya!
H-you guys wanna watch a movie?!?
C-Sure! Lets watch something scary

All of the girls said no but soon gave in. I cuddled up to Johnny and put my face in the croak of his neck when I got scared.

Lauren's POV

Everyone else was partnered up, so it left me and Caleb. I got scared and he came over and cuddled me when I got scared. He rubbed my back when I almost had a panic attack and whispered nice things in my ear. He is the absolute BEST! I noticed he tried to be sneaky and whisper something else in my ear.

CL-I like you too

I just blushed and looked up at him to see him smiling form ear to ear still watching the movie.

Hayden's POV

Annie got REALLY scared so I brought her to the back of the room and comforted her there. I soon noticed her to start to fall asleep so I whisperd.

H-Sweet Dreams, Anns

Johnny looked back and smiled. I noticed Connor and Jayden snuggling in the corner. Connor was playing with Jayden's hair while it looked like Jayden was crying,only she was stopping. Aww,ship! I knew Connor had this BIG crush on Jayden since 4th Grade,but I didn't know if they were dating or not. I'll ask him tomorrow.  Caleb walked up to the TV and turned it off.

J-HEY! What are you doing?!
CL-The girls seem really scared and its getting late
C-I agree. Lets just talk until we fall asleep.
H-Yea but Annie fell asleep
C-So did Jayden
K-And I'm trying to sleep so whisper!
L-I'm the only girl awake so ill try too
CL-See!

Us boys formed a circle in the corner of the the room and put the girls on the other side. They were all asleep. We were talking until Caleb brought up something.

CL-So,who does everyone here like.
J-*blushes*
H-I know who Connor likes!
C-Shut it!
J-We're all best friends!
CL-YEAH! We will all take turns telling each other
C-Fine. I like Jayden. Like A LOT! Johnny your turn
J-I like Kenz. Would it be weird if I ask her out?!?
H-GO FOR IT! I can tell you guys are sorta dating already

Johnny's POV

As soon as Hayden said those words, I freaked out. Does he know? How did he find out? OMG! Kenzie's going to kill me! Oh god!

CL-Who do you like Hayden?!!
H-Annie. I told her I like her already
CL-Did she tell you?
H-Yea
CL-So,you know she likes Johnny
H-Huh?!?
J-WHAT?!?!?
CL-Im just kidding! You two should've seen your faces!
C-I'm going to bed
J-wait! We have to know Caleb's crush
CL-Goodnight
H-GET BACK HERE!
CL-fine its Lauren! Now, Goodnight!

After that, we all fell asleep at 4:37 in the morning.
