It has been almost a year since me and Hayden broke up. It's really upsetting to know that your best friend/boyfriend and you aren't talking anymore. It's like the world hates me. My phone buzzed, taking me out of my trance.

I fishtailed my hair too. I took a while. I walked down the stairs to hear a familiar voice, but not one that was already here. I got super excited, because I haven't seen Dylan in a while. I walked down the stairs and saw someone. Hayden. Hayden tried to run to out of the house but Johnny locked the door. "No one leaves." Johnny demanded. I went up to Johnny and hugged him. "What are you guys doing." I whispered. "Fixing Hannie." He replied.

It was a little awkward but we're playing truth or dare. "Annie truth or dare?" Jayden asked me. "Uh, truth." I answered. "Have you ever kissed someone longer than 30 seconds?" Jayden asked. "Uh, yea." I said embarrassed because I remembered what happened with me and Hayden in Hawaii. "Hayden, truth or dare." Johnny asked Hayden. "Dare bro!" He said really hype. "I dare you to go in a room for 7 minutes, with your ex." Johnny said. "Bro." Hayden said. I sighed. It was thunder-storming outside so that was the only thing I could hear, through the awkward silence. "Come on Anns-Annie." Hayden said getting up. It's been 5 minuets and we haven't talked yet. "Look, Annie. I want us to be at least okay. Can you tell me why you did what you did." Hayden said getting off of the bed he was sitting on. "What did I do?!?" I said getting up as well. "What do you mean?!? You're the one who kissed Brennan." He half yelled. "No I-oh." I said realizing what he was talking about. "Brennan kissed me and I was going to your house to tell you what happened. Hayden, I was scared. I wanted you to protect me. I was scared out of my mind. I thought that Brennan was going to do something bad to me." I said almost crying, but I blinked the tears away. He looked at me and walked out of the room. I followed. He unlocked the door and ran outside. "GO!" Kenzie yelled, telling me to go after him. He was trying to get into the car. I don't even care that it's raining super hard. "HAYDEN!" I yelled. "What Annie?!" He said turning around. "I explained everything to you! HE kissed ME! I was scared about what he would do! I didn't know what was going to happen. I wanted you and you BLOCKED me. I needed you to protect me from him." I said in full on tears. "I feel bad but I don't know, Annie." He said getting out his keys. I took them from his hand. "NO! You wanna know why I want you?" I said. "Sure!" He said feeling his wet hair. "I, Julianna Grace LeBlanc, am in love with Hayden Summerall." I confessed. He looked at me for a few seconds. "What did you just say?" He said coming closer to me. "I said, I'm in-in love with you." I said getting quieter. He grabbed my face and kissed me passionately. He pulled away quickly. "I love you too." He said and kissed me. This one was about one minute long. "Um, LoveBirds, it's pouring outside and cold. So let's go back inside. Plus, I don't think my neighbors want to see two teenagers making out." Kenzie said.

We're all settled in watching a movie. "We're in Love!" Hayden whispered.
