Getting used to this

-the next day-

I woke up only to see that I'm in a bed, a nice bed, not the mattress I used to sleep on. I shot up and see that I'm in a bedroom. I get up and notice I'm not wearing my leggings and red shirt but grey sweat pants and a black shirt. I slowly crept to the door and slowly started to open it. Ounce the door was open I got on all fours and quietly crawled to the stair rail that looked over the living room and the kitchen a bit. There were people on the couch and table and a person in the kitchen. I got up on two legs and walked down stairs. A man with a red jacket on noticed and said,"Morning sleepyhead." I glared at him and he looked at me with a 'I fucked up' face."So your awake. Want some breakfast?" I heard a voice from the kitchen to see the man with the red and white jacket looking at me with a smile. I shook my head no and went to the living room. I sat on the floor a just looked at the ground not knowing what was or what was going to happen." You do know that you can sit on the chair?" I heard a man in a hockey mask and a blues jacket say at the other end of the living room. I shook my head yes." So are you going to sit in the chair?" He asked as he had a confused look on his face as I shook my head no. Silence filled the room for a minute or two until a man with a weird tank top and blue pants came down,"Hey guy what's for..."he looked at me and then to Evan who was sitting at the table looking at his phone."We don't know her name. She hasn't spoken a word since this morning."" Well where did she come from?" "I found her in an alleyway drawing. She was homeless so I wanted to bring her here so she could stay for a while." The man with the tank top looked at me and tried to pat my back but I turned and instantly got on all fours and growled." Oh yeah and don't try and touch her. I think she was raised by stray dogs or something." The man looks at him and back at me. He then did something that shocked me while the others just looked at him with a 'you fucked up' face. He sat down in front of me a a short distance, then he held out his right hand and turned his head so he wasn't making eye contact. I knew exactly what he was doing, he was showing trust. When he holds out his hand an turns his head away he's saying I trust you. The guys started to look and Evan walked over from the table to observe. I slowly got up on fours and crawled to his hand and placed the top of my head on this hand, that's me saying I now trust you. He looks at me then sit on the couch and looks at me again. He pats the open space on the couch right beside him I then go up to the couch and curled up kinda like a cat and place my head on his knee." What the hell just happened?" Evan said. "I gained her trust." The man with the tank top did not hesitate when he answered. "How did you know what to do?""My dog was a stray and he wasn't a very nice dog, so I learned that dogs are mean because they have a hard time trusting people. I found out a method people use to gain a animals trust." I fell asleep as soon as he said that.

-a few moments later-

I was upstairs ,on two legs, as I walked around. One of the bedroom doors were opening as someone was walking out, he wore a adventure time hoodie with jeans. He saw me then stopped."Uh...who are you?" I growled while slowly getting down on four legs. He started to back up and then I pounced, he moved out of the way and ran past me as I landed my hands as spun my feet around. I ran after him as he yelled,"HELP ME!" Everyone saw the man run down the stairs as I got on top of stair railing and jumped landing like a dog after taking a 'leap of faith' kinda jump.

-Moo's POV-

I was watching tv with delirious,Evan,Lui,and wildcat, who fell asleep, until I heard a faint growl. I looked at the guys who apparently heard it to. I then heard the bark of a wolf and a scream from a scared Basically along with "HELP ME!" I saw Basically run down the stairs as the girl jumped off the railing and started to growl at him. We all started to chuckle at the sight. She chased him down the other hallway on the first floor. We couldn't hold our laughs in anymore. I decided to help so I stood at the corner of the hall waiting for them to come back.

-your POV-~12:00 midnight~

I was chasing the man through the hall and as we were running back into the living room I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. Moo had grabbed me as I was struggling to get out. "Whoa, whoa, whoa there bud it's ok. This is Basically." I looked at him leaning against the wall out of breath and huffed through my nose like a bull.

After a while of chasing more people and on occasion pinning down people, I finally met everyone. After a while it was getting boring and I really just wanted to get away from here. I got up from sitting  on the floor of the living room and crawled my way to the dining room where I saw Lui sitting at the table on his phone eating gummy worms. I crawl under the table and jump like a cat into the chair next to him. He looks at me and smiles,"Hey...you? Um...what do I call you?" I looked at him and let my eyes trail off as I was thinking of a nickname."Saphira,"I said with a smile on my face at least trying to look somewhat happy.(if you don't know where that name comes from, it's from the movie eragon if you don't like it you can call yourself what ever you want. I don't really care)." Ok Saphira, what do you want?" I looked and tilted my head in confusion as I looked at the gummy worms," What are those?" He looked at me with a shocked expression." You don't know what gummy worms are?" I shook my head 'no' in response."Do you want to try one?" I nod and get down from the chair and crawl to the other side of him on the floor. I turn around and sit and wait." What are you doing?" He looked at me confused, he didn't know what was going on." Throw it," he then raised his eyebrow then turns to grab one. He tosses it to me I barely catch it because he didn't throw it far enough,"oh come on, you can throw better than that!" He raised both his eyebrows and did a small smirk,"Ok but I'm warning ya, I'll throw it pretty far." He grabbed another and stood up and threw it like a ball, I ran on two legs and saw it was going towards the window wall. So I did a parkour move of wall running to be able to jump up on the second step up and do a 180 turn and catch the gummy worm. Lui's jaw dropped at the sight along with a couple of the other guys."That...was...AWESOME!"Basically yelled from the couch. I chuckled but then looked at the ground with a sad look on my face. Vanoss, who was sitting on the recliner, noticed this and got up and walked to me."What's wrong?" He tried to put a hand on your shoulder but growled at him and took a step back. You still weren't used to them, you only had enough trust in Moo, he was the only one you trusted here."Look, we were gonna go training tomorrow and I wanted to see what you can do." I looked at him confused, I have never even thought about what I could do.      " You should get some sleep."he said as he walked back to the recliner. I walked upstairs and went to bed.
