Adrien's Point of View
My body felt empty. It felt like my purpose in life had drained from it. Marinette didn't love me, she didn't want me in her life, or our child's life. Our child. My child. I was going to be a father, yet be unwillingly absent from my child's life. No, I couldn't give up. I had to keep fighting. I had to win over Marinette.
-Time Skip-
I got out of my limo and walked up to Nino, who was waiting for me.
"Hey, dude!" He said to me, slinging an arm around my shoulder.
"Hey, Nino." I said back to him.
Suddenly, Alya came running up to us. "Where's Marinette!" She said with urgency filling her voice.
"Over there." Nino said, pointing over to where Marinette was walking up to school on the sidewalk. I hadn't even noticed her. I needed to talk to her. I needed to win her over.
"Okay, bye!" Alya thanked him and ran off to her.
"I gotta talk to her too." I told Nino and rushed off to her. Since I was fast, I arrived there seconds after Alya.
"I need to talk to Jessica." Marinette immediately said.
"No, you need to talk to me. What was Chat Noir doing, kissing you?!" Alya said. Uh oh. So that's why this was so urgent. Unfortunately, some people heard Alyas voice, and were crowding around us.
'Kissing Chat Noir?' 'You kissed Chat Noir?' 'Was he a good kisser?' 'How did you do it?' These were some of the questions that  the  crowd  were  saying.
Marinette glared at me then said, "I don't know what you are talking about." To Alya.
"I think you do." Alya fired back and pulled up a video of when I spun Marinette around and kissed her.
"Okay," Marinette said firmly. "First of all, that was against my will. And secondly, he told me shortly after that Ladybug had dared him to kiss somebody."
The crowd started to disperse. "Not the scoop that I was hoping for, but still interesting. Ladybug dares Chat Noir to do things. Interesting." Alya left along with everyone but me and Marinette. She obviously thought she was alone, as she blew out a breath of relief.
"That was some crowd." I said, making her turn in surprise.
Her surprise shortly turned to anger when she saw me. "I thought I told you to stay away from me."
"And I thought I told you, never."
"Your not going to give up, are you?"
"No." It was true, I never was going to give up.
She sighed. "Fine, I'll give you five days to show me that you actually care about me and love me. That's till Tuesday Unless I counted wrong😬 to sweep me off of my feet."
"Thank you, I will not let you down!" I said, so thankful that she was giving me a chance. "Now I have to go plan." I stated, grabbing her hand and giving it a kiss.
She laughed as I ran off towards Nino. She went off looking for someone too, probably Jessica because she was asking about her earlier.
I walked up to Nino with the biggest smile on my face.
"What's up, dude? You look like you just saw a unicorn." 🦄Sorry, I couldn't help myself he said.
"Marinettes giving me a chance!" I said, so excited I could burst.
"What?" I realized that he didn't know about us.
"Nothing." I said, and luckily he shrugged it off.
The bell then rung and we all went to class.

Marinettes Point of View
That was stressful. I had to come up with a lie at the top of my head. I can't believe that I said that Adrien could have a chance. Now he's going to be pestering me nonstop.
"Hi, Marinette!" I turned to see Jessica behind me. Phew. Just the person I needed.
"Hey, Jessica, can I ask you something?"
"Sure!" She said happily. I looked at her, and noticed that the skin above her left eye was slightly discolored. I decided to ignore it.
"Why do you trust Adrien?"
"Well," she started, raising her hand to brush a few strands of hair that had fallen over her left eye, then immediately brought her hand down after briefly touching the discolored skin. "He seems trustworthy. Plus, he knows some of my secrets and I know some of his."
"What secrets?" I asked, confused, still looking at the discolored skin.
"They're called secrets for a reason." She replied.
"Okay, whats with this?" I said, touching my own skin above my right eye.
She self consciously touched her own and shrunk her hand back once she touched it. "Oh, it's nothing." She said. I didn't believe her, but I let the matter drop because the bell had just rung.
Yay, school. Note the sarcasm.
When I got to the classroom, I saw that Adrien and Alya had switched seats.
"Alya!" I hissed at her.
"Don't look at me, Adrien asked." She said.
I glared at Adrien. He smiled. I sighed and slid into my seat. Once I was settled, Adrien grabbed my hand. I tried to pull it away, but he held fast.
After a while, Chloe came in.
"Hey, Adrikins." She said once she saw him, and waltzed up next to him. "Why are you sitting next to Maritrash? Come sit next to me." She said, and before he could do or say anything, she planted a kiss on his lips and quickly pulled away.
"Yeah, Adrien, go sit next to Chloe." I said, trying to make him leave me alone.
Adrien wiped his mouth before speaking. "No, I will not sit next to you, Chloe. And Marinette is not trash. She happens to be the beare-" he stopped because I had slammed the heel of my foot onto his. "Ow!" He glared at me. "You still want to keep it a secret?"
"Yes." I simply replied.
"What a secret?" Chloe popped it. "What were you going to say?"
"Nothing." I replied.
Just then the teacher walked in.
"Hey guys, I'm back. I hope you were good for the sub!" Ms. Bustier said.
She was greeted/answered with screams of joy.

Yay! Marinette gave Adrien a chance to impress her! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add the promised akuma attack because I quickly reached my average 1000 words, but I 100% promise that it will be in the next chapter. I also want to give a thousand thanks to you readers. I got 11 views for my last chapter within the first few minutes of posting it!!! Love ya guys! 🦄
