Song of the day :-

Get By by Real Friends

The sky is dark with the grey clouds everywhere. Rain is falling as if the world is sad with the death of Beatrice. A kind and strong woman, mother and friend.

Quite a lot of people are here at her funeral. Indeed, she was a friendly person. She made so many friends no matter the ages and races.

Oliver and Chelsea are sitting at the second row together with Bring Me The Horizon members.

The atmosphere is silence and sad. Natalie is sitting alone in the corner, waiting for her turn to give a speech. She is so nervous as she hasn't prepared anything. Just hoping that nothing stupid would come out of her mouth. At least not now. She promised not to cry. She wants to send her mother off with a smile because she knows, that's what Bea would like to see.

"My mom, she was the strongest woman I've ever known. I knew she sacrificed a lot to provide a good life for me. She tried her best to give me everything that my friends had. She always put others first and that was one of the mistakes she made. She should have enjoyed her life more, I shouldn't have made her do everything for me. I....I never really got to do anything for her when she had done so much for me and I hate myself for it...I just...." Natalie started crying.

That wasn't what she wanted her speech to be. That was awful she thought. Once again she let her emotions control herself. This is so embarrassing and she shouldn't have done it, she thought again. Oliver looks at her with sympathy.

"I...I know she's in a better place now. I'm glad that she is finally living a good life. You will always be my inspiration. I love you, mom. Forever and always." She decided to finish her speech and walked to her seat.

This is too much for her. Too many things happened in just a week. She cannot take it. First, Tyler and now her mother. Natalie is so miserable and the thought of she's better off dead did cross her mind multiple times.

Jia hugs Natalie to calm her down. At this point, she just needs love and support from her friends. She doesn't really have family anymore.

Oliver on the other hand is not so different too. He actually feels like he lost a really close family member but he doesn't really say anything about it. As always, he manages to hide his emotions. He looks at Chelsea who's sleeping in his arms. This little girl doesn't even know what's happening. The thought of that makes Oliver becomes more sad.

After the funeral, Natalie sits alone in front of their house. Staring into the thin air. Her eyes are still red and puffy together with the messy pony tail.

"Are you okay? You know I'm here if you need a friend." Oliver asked.

"Yeah and no, thank you I'm fine." She replied, half-heartedly.

"You sure?"

"Leave me the fuck alone, Oliver." Natalie suddenly raised her voice.

Uh he saw it coming. Oliver knows her damn well.

"Look I'm just trying to make sure you're okay." He said calmly.

"Trying to make sure that I'm okay? Fuck it of course I'm not okay, Oliver. My mom just died! My mom is dead, Oliver. And you expect me to be okay? Just fuck off and don't try to be nice to me I hate it. How many times do I have to tell you? I hate you." Natalie said a little too loud until Chelsea who was sleeping in the stroller woke up.

"I'm sorr-"

"No just leave! I don't want to see you anymore. Let's just go back to where we were before." She said.

Oliver is speechless while Chelsea just started crying.

Natalie rolls her eyes with her hands massaging her temples. This is too much for her. She needs rest.

Oliver tries to stop Chelsea from crying. He feeds her some milk. Then, he continues to speak.

"I don't understand why do we have to do that? I'm sure Bea wouldn't want us become enemy again." Oliver said. Not agree with Nat.

"Don't you ever speak on behalf my mom, asshole. Just go." She said sternly.

"Okay what about Chelsea then?" He finally asked the real question.

He looks at the little girl again. He just wants the best for Chelsea.

Natalie remains silent for a while. She doesn't know what to do. She's just a complete mess right now.

"Take care of her, Oliver. You are way better than me anyway. Goodbye." Natalie said the words before entering the house, leaving Oliver hanging in the cold winter air.

If this is what you want, I'll accept it, Natalie. It's okay, Chelsea. I'll never leave you, no matter what happens. Mark my words. Oliver thought while leaving Nat's house forever and ever, at least for now.
