it's not simple to say, that most days i don't recognize myself and it's not easy to know, that i'm not anything like i used to be And I know i'm imperfect but i try, and i'm hard on myself, i am broken and won't ask for help, but, please stop asking if i'm okay i'm tired of lying ...
And the only thing I can hold onto anymore, Is that slight bit of happiness from one person, There isn't any more hope but there is this saying that hope... it can mean Hold On Pain Ends. But do you believe that? Because I don't. Almost every time we break, The pain doesn't end. Why is that? I want to know. The memories of me breaking are cruel, and won't go away. All I can think of at night is for them to go away. but they won't. And it feels like I'm stuck in a loop. I get hurt. Then I'm okay. Then I get hurt again. See a pattern? Let me try again
I get lied to. They apologize. I get lied to again. see the pattern yet? I guess it is okay though. And I guess I'm fine.
Right?Everyone goes through hard times and handles the situation differently. People cope in different way but that is what makes us who we are. Some scenarios may be more hard than others, but that does not take away from the fact that you are going through a hard time. Whether you are the one going through the tough situation or the supporter of those going through the tough situation, here are some reminders to never forget while dealing with a hard circumstance. Do not forget to take care of yourself. Some people are too busy thinking about how to support their friend or family member that they lose focus on themselves. Make sure to stay up on your own schedule to ensure that you are okay too.
Also, do not forget about all the people who are there to love, support, and help you. If you need help coping with anything, make sure to reach out for it because your family and friends are willing to do anything to help you. It will also help you take some stress away from you to put responsibility on other people instead of trying to take it all on yourself. Just remember, do not forget to take care of yourself and know that people will always be there supporting you.It is easier to say the truth than to pretend that your fine, but everything always gets better.
Try to think more positively about the situation rather than to get caught up in the moment thinking that nothing will ever get better. It is a hard concept to fully believe but it will pay off in the end. There are always ways to handle the situation in a positive way.
