Our Story Pt.2 The Arc {Jensoo}

Jisoo : "welcome to the arc.. as you can see the kids here are healthy and happy" the tour guide said smiling back to us. My father looked at her and gave her a weak smile I know that he doesn't want to do this but My brother has the same disability mom had and he couldn't go through the pain again.. watching the one's he loved slowly lose their brain. I looked over at my brother as he walked with his head down, see the thing is that he hasn't actually lost it yet but the doctors say it's only a matter of time. The tour guide spoke up and said "well I'll show you his room". We nodded walking through the large house where teenagers walked around not really paying us much attention. After going up two flights of stairs the tour guide tried to open the door but it was locked and she apologized multiple times before opening the door with a key. We entered the room and the women explained to us about the rules of being here.. I didn't really listen as I looked around the room. The room was painted blue and a girl who looked to be our age sat on a bed reading. She acted as if we weren't even there until the women spoke "Kim.... what's are our rules on locked doors?". She looked up and said "sorry maim" but you could tell the apology wasn't sincere as she began reading again. For a moment I was stuck on the fact that the girl was indeed gorgeous and how my brother would be luckiest person and get roomed with such a pretty girl but then the next thought was was quite logical, because why in the hell would my hormonal teenage brother be roommates with a girl who looked like she belonged on the front page of every magazine. My thoughts were cut short by the women as she said  "Anyways this is your roommate Jennie Kim... I let you get settled". The women left and My brother walked in the room tossing his bag on the bed ignoring the girl on the other bed. The teenage girl chuckled and said "well I let you guys talk" as she left the book behind and left the room. As soon as The new roommate left my father tried to speak only to be shut up by the youngest Park yelling at him, my father looked down and said "I'll try to come visit you". Only to be answered with my brother jumping in his new bed and said "don't bother". Soon my dad left and I was about to leave behind him but he stopped me and said "wait... can you just stay here with me for a while?". I nodded before taking a seat on the other bed we didn't say anything to each other for a few minutes until the silence was broken with his ridiculous question "you don't think I'm crazy do you?".
"Crazy no... stupid maybe" I said jokingly. I heard a chuckle escape his mouth as threw a pillow at me. I dodged the pillow just in time so instead of it hitting me it knocked some things off the shelf. Small things like deodorant and a jacket. My brother laughed and said "you made a mess". I rolled my eyes and said "oh really I didn't notice" before picking up the tings only to see a book fall out of the leather jacket . I laughed when I realized It was a child's book and picked it up to see a bookmark in the book. Come to think of it maybe I shouldn't have ever picked up that book.
