Reincarnatated as the two faced heroine's sister

The Beginning

It was a dreary day with a down pour of rain. I was walking home from school. On my way I saw a little calico kitten shivering on the side walk. I stopped and went over to it and slowly picked it up. It curled up to me shivering from the cold. I got to my house and grabbed a towel and wrapped the kitten in it. I gently dried it's fur. I put it on the couch, put my bag in my room and changed into dry clothes. I went to the kitchen and got a bowl of milk and took it to the kitten. I put the milk on the floor and put the kitten by it. The kitten drank the milk up greedily. After she got done eating she came up to me and rubbed against my leg. I petted her head and then went to bed and slept.
I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Celine Parker. I am currently 18 years old and I live by myself, in the house my parents used to live in. My parents died in a car accident a few years ago. My best friend is Catrina Pride and she is obsessed with otome games. That she makes me play with her. Anyway good night.
Time skip to tomorrow
It's the weekend and Cat just got here. She took one look at the kitten in my lap and squealed and yelled 'Kaawwaaii' while jumping. She started asking me where I got her and every other question she could think of. I told her then she pulled out her laptop and started to load the otome game she has been hooked on called 'New Dawn'. I am not that interested because I beat it in a week. She got to playing and I read a book, while giving my input. She finally the game in a couple hours. 
We started to smell something burning and looked to see the house was on fire. I grabbed the kitten and we tried to find a way out but the exits were blocked, so we went up stairs to get away. As we got upstairs, I grabbed my parent wedding rings. Then we went to the window and Cat got on the window sill when I felt the floor starting to collapse. So I tried to give Cat the kitten, but she was latched to my arm and  to pull me out as well, but the ceiling started to collapse. I looked at Cat and tried to push her out but she grabbed me and refused to let go.

Afterwards with Earth
The fire department came and put out the fire and found they girls under the rubble clutching each other and holding a small kitten. The investigator found out a serial arsonist was behind it. Cat's parents organized the funerals for both girls.

Afterwards with the girls Luna's POV

When I came too, I was in a dark void. There was a bright flash, when I looked again I was in a beautiful garden. Cat was next to me, we looked at each other confused. There was a gorgeous woman with flowing blond hair and deep blue eyes.
I asked "who are you?"
The woman said "Hello, my name is Celestia. I am sorry, but there was a mix up with the gods and you accidentally died"
Cat stared blankly "You killed me, Celine and an adorable kitten and you say it was an accident"
Celestia smiled sheepishly "Yes, but don't worry you will have another chance at life."
I said "But what about little one, she was just a kitten"
Celestia smiled warmly "An animal lover I see, and quite selfless. How about I have her in the same world"
Cat asked "What do you mean same world"
Celestia "Well, you are getting reincarnated into a fantasy style world, and Starburst will be reincarnated as Luna's familiar."
I sighed "Which one"
Celestia, playing dumb "What do you mean, darling"
I face palmed "I know you are going to reincarnate me in an otome game just tell me which one and my family situation"
Celestia "Quite smart aren't you. Fine you will be reincarnated in 'New Dawn'."
Cat jumped up and down squealing.
I stared at her with a deadpanned look "You are putting us in there, it will be so boring"
Celestia laughed "Don't worry, it will be interesting since you two and someone else will be reincarnated"
I said "who and you still haven't told me about my family"
Celestia "The heroine. And you are the heroine's older sister, while Cat is the villainess"
Me "I am a mob, cool. But wait, is the heroine a total b****"
Celestia smirked "Of course, what would be the fun if it wasn't like that"
I glared at her and then she said "goodbye, we're out of time goodbye and don't worry, you and Cat have cheats but the heroine doesn't"
Then everything went black and I fell into a deep sleep. Then I heard voices so I then opened my eyes to see......
