Magic and Familiars

Two years later in which I learned all about how to be a great princess and all he manners involved. The time flew by, it was finally time, in which we have been waiting for, we were old enough to study magic. We were super excited. We were going to learn our elements. Lina, Don, and I waited in the living room for the person who would test our magic. As we were talking about how excited we were, the doors opened to reveal a man with a black and white robes on. Don "Are you the person who will be testing us"
Man "Yes, my name is Headmaster Jule, and I am in charge of the high school you will attend in the future"
We all smile brightly. Me "So what do we do"
Jule "Well first is figuring out what magic you possess and then it goes to figuring out how much mana you have."
(For the type of magic the kids had to touch a crystal ball)
As Don went up and touched the ball it shown the bright colors of yellow, blue, and green, and then the crystal ball exploded. Jule  shocked pulled out another. As Lina touched it showwed brightly the colors gold, red, yellow, green, and white, ball exploded into tiny pieces. Jule took a ragged breath put a hand on is heart to calm himself, he took the last crystal ball he had and put it on the table. I walked up and touched the ball, it showed the colors of silver, black, blue, purple, and light blue, ball again exploded. Then poor Jule fainted from shock. We called the guards to put him on the couch. Maids brought us in tea as we waited for him to wake up. After about an hour, he woke up and while shaking proceeded to the mana test. As Don aproached the ball in shown brightly revealing high mana. Afterward Lina went up to it and it exploded. Jule took a deep breath and took another one out. I touched it and it exploded. Poor Jule again fainted from the shock. When he woke up, he declared all three geniuses and then left. Afterwards we trained our magic for a couple of months, which was really easy to learn. One day we decided to take a break from the lessons and decided to play in the woods.
As we were walking through the woods, I felt like we were being watched. I turned to Lina and Don "Do you guys feel like we are being watched?"
Lina "I thought I was the only one"
Don "Me, too"
We stopped and started to look around when a huge wolf jumped out. We screamed (We are not going to mention the high pitch scream from Don) and ran away from it. We soon came to a clearing and got surrounded by two kitsunes, two dragons, two wolves, two cheetahs, two bears, an eagle, a lioness, and a white tiger. We started to panic and run away when the two big foxes with more tails then there should be yelled "wait, we aren't going to hurt you"
Luna "You c-can talk"
Don "W-why s-should w-we believe y-you"
Black fox laughed "we come to you in peace"
Me "Why should we believe you"
Gold fox "Because if we wanted to hurt you, we would have done it already. We just want to talk to you
Me "Why are you doing this"
Black dragon "Well, we choose you to be our partners"
We "What!!"
All familiars nodded. Don "Who is partnered to who"
The familiars split into three groups. Don pouted "How come I have less then you even though I should be stronger to protect you guys"
Me and Lina laughed. We both said "we don't need protecting"
All the familiars laughed and gave a piece of jewelry. The familiars went inside and we went to tell mom and dad.
Let's just say we got we got big trouble for wondering in to the forest alone, which got us grounded with no sweets, but got congrats for getting familiars after they got over the fact of how powerful they were. So our days were filled with studying, etiquette and all the other royal lessons, magic training, and working on our bond with our familiars.
