In case you can't tell, the chapter titles are in French because I'm super extra so yeah on to the story.

==============================

As I walked home, slowly from the throbbing pain of being kicked around like a rag doll, I considered just ending it all now.
It wouldn't be hard. I can just jump off this bridge. Then all the pain and suffering would finally cease. That'd be nice.
While I was thinking about jumping, my thoughts slowly drifted back to the mysterious boy who found me after I was beat up. He must have been new at the school, as I'd never seen him before and he didn't know I couldn't speak. Why must hot guys ruin everything? I was going to have a nice year of trying not to be noticed and suffer silently, and here comes this idiot trying to help me or something. I didn't want to think about him, but at least it took my mind off of death for a little while. When I finally reached our house, I slowly pushed the door open so as to not disturb my step parents. I learned the hard way that if you want to survive in foster care, you make yourself seem nonexistent. I made my way from the front door towards the kitchen, careful to not step on any of the creaky boards. When I saw my sister, most of my worries seemed to fade away and the corners of my mouth tilted ever so slightly into a smile. She's not technically my sister, but I'll take what I can get.
"Hey Neeks. How was your day?"
I grabbed the pad of paper and pen we keep on the table and scrawled out a message:
'About as good as usual. And I told you to stop calling me that.'
"Nope. I'm always going to call you Neeks. It will never stop. But what happened? You can tell me."
'Just Octavian and his gang of imbeciles again. Although it wasn't all bad. I did meet this strange new kid.'
"Ooh! Is he cute? Spill."
'No. Just-just shut up.'
"Looks like little Neeks has got a boyfriend!"
'You're one to talk. How's Frank?'
"Uhh... just shut up, you! You know nothing!" She said, growing more and more flustered.
'I'm on to you, Hazel.'
With that she took the paper away from me and threw it out the window.
"Ok let's just stop there. We don't want to have to have a pillow fight again, do we?" She said, smiling.
Since she took my paper, I couldn't speak so I just grinned and shook my head.

Short chapter, but here's some adorable brother sister bonding. Also please comment or vote, I'm desperate for your guys' love and approval. Anyway until next time! Au revoir my gay children!
