"Thank you for your help Konan!"
"It's no problem at all, Kanako! If you ever need anything, my room is right next door!" Said Konan happily.
"Alright! Thank you again! I'm going to go to the kitchen and make some food for everyone! Mostly because I'm hungry though!" Said Kanako as she ran out of the room.
When Kanako arrived in the lounge that was connected to the kitchen, she saw something very weird.
Tobi was laying under a crater in the wall looking all anime depressed, and the rest of the Akasuki were sitting on the couches, deep in thought.
"Umm...What happened...?" Asked Kanako, her confusion clearly showing on her face.
"Your brother kind of flipped out at Tobi and sent him flying into the wall, and we are all trying to think of why he might be in a bad mood." Explained Zetsu.
"Oh no..." Whispered Kanako, slightly afraid, "Kthanksbye!" Kanako said super quick, than followed her brother's chakra flow to his room.
When she reached his room, the door was locked, and she could hear slight crying coming from the room.
"Deidara Nii-San..."
Suddenly the crying stopped. The door opened a crack and Kanako could see Deidara's tear-stain face through the opening.
Her eyes widened and she flung open the door and tackled him.
"Why are you sad Deidara Nii-San...?" Kanako whispered to her brother, attempting to understand his feelings.
"Kanako...are you...mad at me...?"
"Mad at you?! What in the world would I be mad at you for?!" Kanako asked her upset brother.
"You're not mad that...I left you all by yourself in the village...to fend for yourself while I became an S-ranked criminal?"
"Of course not Nii-San...I know you had your reasons for leaving, and I'm not mad at you...I promise..."
"T-thank you..." Deidara attempted to stop crying, but failed miserably.
"It's okay, Deidara Nii-San. You can cry. I won't judge."
Then, Deidara broke down in a fit of crying, burying his face in Kanako's shoulder. "Thank you so much Kana..."
"You're welcome, Nii-San..."
In the morning:
After the whole Deidara crying thing, Kanako said goodnight to him and went to bed. Then in the morning, Kanako got dressed in some comfy clothes and walked to the kitchen.
She entered the lounge and saw a few of the Akasuki members laying on the couch. She said hello to all of them, than walked into the kitchen where she saw Itachi attempting to make eggs.
Notice I said attempting.
Kanako sighed and walked over to him, turning off the stove and grabbing the spatula from his stiff hand.
"It's alright, I'll take it from here, Itachi." She said and pushed him out of the kitchen. He sighed, but walked over and plopped down on the couch, tired.
Kanako got a new pan, and cleaned off the spatula, than started to make perfect eggs for everyone in the base.
After they were done, she peeked out the opening of the kitchen, and saw that everyone was there, sitting on the couches and chairs.
She quickly caught Itachi's attention, and motioned for him to come help her. When he saw the perfect eggs, his eyes widened, and he picked up as many as he could carry safely, while Kanako did the same thing.
The carried out all the plates, and placed them in front of all the Akasuki members. Everyone looked at them in awe, because they were the most perfect eggs they had ever seen.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Eat!" Said Kanako, starting to eat her eggs, with the rest of the people doing the same soon after.
After they finished, Kanako took all the plates into the kitchen, and started washing them. Soon after, Deidara joined her in the kitchen and dried the plates.
"Thanks, Deidara Nii-San!" Said Kanako, smiling at him.
"Kana, you don't have to say Nii-San after my name. Just Deidara is fine. We are fellow Akasuki members now, aren't we, un?"
"Hehe, yeah I guess...Deidara." Said Kanako, still a little unsure.
"You're so cute!" Deidara said, kissing her on the forehead.
"Deidaraaaa! Stooopppp!"
"Alright, alright! Fine! Now go and hang out with Konan. I don't trust anyone else...especially Itachi." Deidara said, muttering the last part.
"Alright Deidara! But you're coming too! And maybe we could do some training later?!" Asked Kanako, pulling Deidara out of the kitchen into the lounge.
"Sure, that would be fun!"
"Alright! Now let's go!"
