George's POV:
Today is the day of the worst day. Our wedding. I didn't got chance to visit Angel again. Veronica didn't call, not even once. I know she's upset of all of this things but I know that she'll come understand in the end.
'George, I'm so sorry but I know that it will do the best for all of us.' Dad said as I check my appearance in the mirror.
I sighed as I turned to looked my dad and said. ' the best?! It's hurting Angel, dad. We're getting married, dad. Married.' I exclaimed
Dad just sighed, 'I know that you'll come to understand and love this one day. We can see how much you love her, but I still don't understand why you choose that Veronica to be your girl.'
---
'Do you, George Smith, accept Angel Cole to be your wedded wife, for better and for worst?'
I looked at Angel and saw the tears flowing from her eyes. If I didn't know, I would've thought that she's crying in happiness 'I do' I said still looking at her. She closed her eyes crying silently.
'Do you, Angel Cole, accept George Smith to be your wedded husband, for better or for worst?'
Angel looked trouble as I feel myself getting nervous 'I-I ....' She looked at the crowd, probably looking for Veronica.
I can hear the visitors murmuring, I know she'll reject it but the moment she saw her parent's way, she replied with tears flowing like waterfalls. She closed her eyes 'I do'
I feel relief, but why? The crowd shouted with glee 'I now announce to you man and woman. You may now kiss the bride.'
I saw Angel's eyes widen as she heard those words. She shook her head then looked at me with pleading look. 'Please ' she mouthed.
It happened so fast, I pulled Angel's body close to mine as the other hand took the veil and kissed her square in mouth.
The crowd cheered as we kiss. Well, I kiss as Angel stood shock.
