No PoV: Tom was sitting on the couch reading when Tord walked in. Tord sat down without thinking twice. Tom glanced over then continued to watch tv. Suddenly Edd burst through the kitchen doorway with Matt close after. They sprinted through the living room and out the front door to the car. "..." "..." Nobody says anything they just sit there confused. Then continued watching the television. Soon it grew dark out and a storm pulled in. Edd and Matt haven't returned so Tom and Tord went to their separate rooms to sleep. Tom fell under the spell of the storm rather quickly finding comfort in the occasional rumbles of thunder. Tord, on the other hand, wasn't enjoying the loud booms and crashes. He was weeping in fear, as awful memories of the explosion came back to him. A loud crash of thunder echoed through the house and Tord's head. He screams. Tom, surprisingly, came rushing in. "Tord?! What's wrong?!" Tom looked concerned and Tord was ashamed of his fear and that he had woken Thomas over it. Tord tried to speak, "I- there was- the boom- and the metal- fire- bloody- pain-" he couldn't get himself together crying and embarrassed. Tom sighed and went over to Tord. He scooped him up and brought him to his room. Tord was blushing like mad and confused. Tom lied back down holding Tord close. "T-Thomas?" "Hm?" "What are you doing?" "Comforting you, dumbass" "O-oh, thank you" "It's no problem baby, now go to sleep" Tord nodded because he was speechless. 'Did Thomas just call me-? No I'm imagining things. I'm going crazy. He would never.' "Hey, baby?" 'He did. ' "Y-yes, Thomas?" "I love you." Tord rolled over to face him. Showing his face as if he would remember it was Tord then take it back but he just put his hand to Tord's face and smiled. 'I can't believe he loves me back.' "I love you too" his smile grows wider and they share a soft kiss. They part and Tom holds Tord close. They fall asleep completely in love and happy.
