Chapter 11: Sweet Revenge

Madison's Point of View

The scientist opens the closet door and the chemicals fill the closet. I can see the face on Riot she is about to cough. I cover her mouth making a quick sudden movement. He grunts as he walks out of the room. He made the worst mistake ever he left the closet door wide open. Light is shining on my bruised face. I remove my hand and we both run when we here the other door open. We exit the room and see a staircase spiraling down. I run down the stairs step my step, Riot is in front of me and I have a gun in my hand. I am ready to shoot anyone.

I should have shot the scientist but I could not I am still in shock after Sky's death. I see a woman preparing a home cooked meal of mash potatoes, steak, broccoli and a chopped salad. I am about to shoot until Riot who was standing in front of me looks back and pulls me back. She says "This was the girl who kidnapped me and she isn't good she is bad I want to shoot her and get justice".

I look back at the woman who is just admiring the five course meal she has prepared. I hand her the gun and she hides it in my pocket. She is duck taped but with a bra and panties on. I say "Why did you do that". As I ask that Riots face fills up with fear, and I turn around a gun is pointed at my forehead. He walks me too the table as long with Riot. He says "Look honey we have guests".

I say "You know as a gorgeous woman why did you pick this guy. He is clearly crazy. I mean look at him, he kidnaps girls for sex. You could do better than that"! He sits me down and truly this woman isn't beautiful and she looks a bit crazy too.

He says "Do not listen to them, this meal looks great". He walks over and kisses her. She gets a disgust look on her face. She probably did not know he wanted to have sex with us. He says "Oh I have to use the bathroom". He hands her the gun and she points it at us. I take a sip of my water and she shoots through the glass of water making me jump. The glass shatters and I clear my throat getting ready to speak. I look over at Riot and her face is blood red and she looks like she is going to throw up.

I say "You are so pretty and you don't need to date a kidnapper or a sex addict, just let us go and you will be innocent".

She says with hope and desperation "Really, you will let me go if I let you".

I nod my head, when she says "I am beautiful right".

I stand up with a complete bitch face and I say "No". I take my gun out and shoot her in the head. Riot screams and I say "She took you, I am not letting her get off, but we need to go". Looking so terrified and looking at me like I am going crazy. Maybe I am, I here the toilet flush and I see a screen door and its dark outside. I run to the door with Riot behind me.

I open the door which makes a screech. I run out and see a camera and I shoot it. There is a pool with LED lights and music playing out of speakers. The pool you cannot even see the bottom. I say "We need to jump in and let him pass and then we can get out".

She says "Okay", and I have not heard her sweet innocent voice in like forever. We here a door from the house open and we both hold hands and jump. The man in the house screams at the top of his lungs, we can here him from outside and underwater. He runs out and shoots around making me scream releasing bubbles. I shake my head when I start to hurt knowing I can't breathe. I swim up and breathe seeing the man. I go back underwater after I take a breath blowing my cover. He jumps in the pool and still Riot hasn't come up I think she is, oh my god dead. Did she drown, get shot or what. I come up and out of the pool and he comes up and he has my friend who is passed out in his arms.

We are back in the house and he locked us all in one room for the night, with my friend passed out and his wife dead who knows what will happen in the morning.

Ben's Point of View

The Next Day

We all have to meet at our school Bay Beach high and we have to know who is taken and who as been killed. I sit down with Spruce, Dwayne, Maggie and Carson, we are all too depressed to even talk to each other. The man reads with lights flashing at his face and everyone is so eager to know, the room is dead silent. He says " A few students of this school and citizens have been killed lately. Just yesterday Nick Manson was killed in his hot tub. Jayde his girlfriend could not come she is depressed as long as many others. Just a few days ago Riot who many know and last name not wanting to be shared was stolen as long with her friend Madison". As he stops for a second everyone looks back at me including the man. He continues " Sky Sampson has now been gone for a year and now we are safe to say she is most likely not with us anymore". Carson gets up and leaves and tears start to fall from all of our faces. The man says "The man who took them are dead and we do not know his name yet, and lastly Jasmine who also wants no last name mentioned is dead. Our town in Florida will have no more, we know the location of the girls and they will be found. The man or woman who is responsible will serve justice. A blessing goes out to you all. Thanks and have a nice rest of your day, I am sorry for your losses".

I exit the school and I know exactly where I am going to Everest Rosemary's house, she killed Nick but why? Mrs.Harper is already here to wait for me. I get in the car and she sees the tears and hugs me, giving me the comfort and care I need. With no mom, dad, or sister I think I will be fine just fine. Maybe I will go talk to my mom, maybe not. We let go of each other and glare at each other. I look into her crystal blue eyes as she looks into mine. A tear falls from her eye. We get closer. I kiss her on her soft pink lips feeling loved after so many years.
