Phil's POV
I smile as I wake up and look to the beautiful man in bed beside me. He's sleeping still and his hair is a cute mess. I get up and out of bed quietly, trying my best not to disturb him, and head to the kitchen. I make myself some coffee first, because I need that to start the day. As the coffee's brewing, I check the fridge to find something suitable for breakfast. After a quick glance, I decide to just have some Crunchy Nut. I don't think he'll get mad if I eat some of his cereal. I just can't eat all of it.
I grab the cereal from the cupboard and make sure I grab a mug as well. Smiling, I start humming a tune to myself as I wait for my coffee to be done.
I hear the shuffling of feet behind me and turn around to see the beautiful man I married sleepily standing there. "I smelled coffee," he says, his voice raspy from just waking up. I smile and turn around, pulling a mug down for him as well.
Once the coffee's finished and I've poured us both a bowl of cereal, we head to the living room to watch something on tv while we eat. Cuddling with him on the sofa and watching anime, I couldn't help but smile and think to myself, "How did I get so lucky?"
