In the lost city of Richitah ( formerly known as New York)

"find them and burn them to a crisp! These human scum are rotten the purity of this place! Ugh it smells bad already." A deep screech echoed throughout a hollow in the old forgotten building.

"Um sir, I think that may have been a devourer of some sort."

" I am very aware of what that might have been colonel." spoke the commander calmly "Alright men, put your shields up and brace yourselves." Immediately after this was said a black worm the size of the skyscraper shot out through the ground and when it landed it immediately ate its way back into the soil swallowing some troops in the process.

"What the heck is that!" a soldier screamed charging his sword for a full charge.

"that my friend, is a dragon devourer." said the commander as quietly as possible as if he were expecting something. Then the ground shook and a bunch of little munchers started flowing out of the ground making their way towards the soldiers and eating all the pebbles and dirt in their paths. "Don't kill them! You will anger off the mother!" As he spoke, the little munchers started climbing the men, chewing on their armor. The men were freaking out though the little squeaks of the munchers were quite adorable. Suddenly, a scream was heard from the back of the crowd and the trance the munchers had on the soldiers was broken. The commander cursed,"That is why it was so quiet! We were in a trance! Get down!" As he was talking, the men looked back to see a gigantic devourer behind them looking as if it was confused whether or not there were people there to eat.

"Nobody make a move. It can't see, but senses movement." warned a mage in the front of the brigade. It was about thirty minutes before the beast left and the soldiers could move again. "We need to report back to Munk that someone opened the gate between worlds and let the devourers in. There is probably other creatures too."

A large clatter was heard in Crow's tent as well as a scream

"No I'm sorry madam but it was my orders from Khaos himself! Ahh! NO!" Then the noise stopped and Crow walked out of her tent with a face of pure hatred and a blood stained scythe.

"I'm leaving! Take care of the camp and clean up the mess in my tent." Crow spoke with a voice that sent chills down the soldiers spines. As she was leaving the camp, she was followed by several birds and one raven. A raven in Tarakah is about the size as a dragon, so keep that in mind. The raven cawed an ear-piercing cry and flew of with Crow on it's back.

Crow flew for about three days without rest, food, or drink. As she was flying over the Godorbal forest, she was shot down, the raven screaming as it plummeted to the ground. "I swear to the gods! I was having a bad day already! Now some jerk decides to kill my favorite bird!" Crow yelled screaming internally. As Crow was floating softly to the ground, a figure dashed through Crow's vision like a blur. Crow was on the ground now, scythe in hand,"c'mon you coward! I have things to do!" After she spoke, she had just enough time to move before a platinum-shafted arrow came flying at her destroying a nearby tree. The figure then showed himself,

"Ah come on! That was a perfectly good tree you made my kill!" Crow examined the figure up and down. It was a young man, 20 at most and he was wearing a golden-plated leather outfit with a hood and mouth cover made of pale white leaves like snow.

"What are you supposed to be? Some sort of Evergreen assassin?" Crow asked rather rudely. He shifted slightly as if the words shocked him.

"I am leafage, the elder of flight and weaponry. May I ask of your name and what business you have intruding the forest of peace?" Crow made a face of disgust,

"Well, my name is crow and I did not intrude anything! The only reason I am down here is because you killed my stupid bird!" Now it was Leafage's turn to have a face of disgust, only it was not disgust but confusion as if he had not just killed Crow's raven,
