Chapter 7 (Special 1/2)

A/N GUESS WHO IS BACK! And sorry for the lack of updates, I am such a bad author. But it's almost Christmas so why not make a other filler? I know you guys hate fillers. But I just..want to make another chapter. I'll make another chapter after the special, focusing on the main plot. This is gonna be probably 800-900 words. Possibly up to 1k+. Deidara shivered by the cold. He still wasn't used to the cold, he was only used to the warm and summer feeling. He loved the heat and it made him feel excited. But he still loved the cold.

Deidara sat on the stairway, watching the boats go here and leave. It was his favorite spot to watch the sea, he felt his heart squeeze together when he thought of a memory with his mentor, Onoki. Deidara was always curious about the snow when he was younger, he wanted to throw snowballs and play at the snow with his team.

Deidara would ask what was it like to know the feeling of snow and to play in it. Onoki would say the philosophy of snow.

Snow is a wonderful feeling. Not only it is frozen water, it's like a personality. A personality full of cold and isolation. Once it dissolves, they become warm and cope up on what is going on when they feel adjusted to their environment and surroundings. They will bloom and realize how beautiful life can be when this world is full of merciless murders and death. They have friends to live for, they have families to live for. There are people to save in this world full of ninjas, but you know what's important, Deidara...? It's love .

"Love...." Deidara mumbled, watching the snow flakes land on the ground. He never experienced it, he wanted too. Deidara never had the time or had the experience on finding 'the significant one.' Or he was just too busy focusing on his life and his own safety.

He didn't know how it feels to love someone dearly other than his mother. He never kissed someone, and sadly, he is still a virgin boy. Deidara wanted to fall in love and have children of his own. The blonde male shakes his head softly. "I should be focusing on my friends and missions for now..." he mumbled under his breath.

Deidara stands up and dusts his bottom so the snow that sticked to his bottom can fall off. Seeing lights and Christmas trees made him feel excited and happy. The male arrived at the guild.

"Surprise!" Everyone in the guild said in unison. Deidara's eyes widened a little by the small surprise party that they planned. "What's with the party? It's not my birthday.." Deidara trailed off when Laki cuts him off.

"Well because you have been helping us for the contribution of the guild. You did a lot of strong missions with a lot of pay and we are getting recognized by it, even though we still got some discrimination going on  though.  Heheheh..." Laki said sheepishly and a blush crept on her cheeks.

Deidara couldn't help but to cover his mouth and his nose with his striped scarf to hide his blush and his quivering lips. Tears brimmed in his eyes, he never felt this much  emotion in his whole life because no one ever treated him with this much kindness. Akatsuki never treated him like this, they just brushed him off and labeled him as annoying.

"Group hug!" Romeo yelled happily and they all hugged Deidara. "Th...Thank you for the gift, really. How-How can I repay this?" Deidara stuttered. "You helping the guild is enough! You helped us too much you know! This our appreciation gift to you!" Macao said and a chuckle escaped from the guild leaders lips.

After a long moment of eating and enjoying the gift, Romeo held a small carton with  tiny folded papers in them. "Okay guys! Next month is Christmas, so we are going to have Exchange Gifts! So pick a paper from the carton!" Romeo announced with a grin. Romeo walked to each member of guild, now it was Deidara's turn to pick. He mixed it up and picked up one piece of paper. He opened it.

Reedus.

Deidara chuckled, they're good friends since they have the same interests in art. So he knew what to get him, but first, he needed to save up some money to buy what he wants to give to Reedus.

Deidara rubbed his nose and sniffed, his mind drifted to Yukino. He found her intriguing and very calm, not because of her body or her bust. Personality-wise, he found her beautiful. Everything, in and out. Besides, she was the first person that he ever talked to in this world.

What if Yukino talks to him only because he's different?

Will she ever leave him behind like what they did back in the Elemental Nations?

What if she hates you?

What if she-

Deidara shakes his head, covering his face. He broke down. It was his first time experiencing this and he was genuinely scared of losing someone, even his guild members. He was scared that they will kick him out because he has lack of skills.

Deidara didn't want that to happen. He didn't want to disappoint his friends, especially Yukino. He didn't want to see her sad, or anyone in particular. Deidara wanted to see smiles and happiness, all the positivity.

"Dei-Deidara-sama. Are you okay?"

Deidara looked up to see Yukino. "Yukino.." Deidara mumbled. Yukino wore a thick jacket to protect herself from the cold and pants with boots. "Are you okay? Your eyes are red. Did you sleep well the other day?" Yukino asks worriedly.

He smiles softly. "Y-Yeah, I haven't slept well last night. But I had a nap earlier, I guess it wasn't enough." Deidara said and chuckled.

Yukino stayed quiet for a moment, questioning if she would question more. She was worried about his health. "I see...Be sure to sleep well and drink a lot of water." Yukino said and smiles.

"There is a Christmas Bazaar going on at the City Square. I wanted to go with you." Yukino said.

"Sure."

A/N: 1,066 words! Phew! That was a good one! Merry Merry Christmas! And I am excited as heck, time to get tipsy with BTS songs.
