Oh great this was going to be fun. As I approached the desk Liam gave me a grin so big I thought his face would stay that way. I sat down as the teacher resumed class.

Class wasn't that bad and went by fairly quick, lucky for me. When the bell rang I think I was the first one out of my seat. All of a sudden a hand grabbed my arm holding me back from leaving. "Hey" I said in surprise.

It was Liam, surprise, surprise, he looked at me saying, "what class do you have next?" I looked at him not registering what he said right away. He was decent looking up close. "Oh sorry, I have History," I said when I finally found my voice. "No way?! I have history next too!" he said all excited.

So we walked to History together. He led the way since I had no idea where I was going. This time I wasn't late and didn't have to awkwardly walk in to a class full of staring eyes.

Liam sat right behind me, and i have to say that made me happy. I guess he wasn't so bad after all.

School went smoothly for the rest of the day with Liam being in six out of ten of my classes. Which is weird but I'm not going to let that bother me since he was nothing but the perfect welcoming commitee to me.

I got to my car right after my last period. "Hey wait up Gemma," was all I heard when a hand grabbed my arm. "Oh hey, what's up" I said knowing I had to have been getting red in the face. I had to admit Liam was hot.

He got out his phone handing it to me saying "I just wanted to exchange numbers in case you have any questions." I grabbed his phone and input my number. He did the same in mine. We waved bye and he left just as soon as he came.

The whole drive home I thought about the day I had and how I had been so paranoid it would be terrible. Luckily it turned out pretty good. It wasn't until I pulled up into my driveway did my stomach sink.

In all the excitment with school and Liam, I had forgotten about my biggest problem, Elliot. Right away my good mood deflayted. As I slowly trudged up the stairs to my bedroom I couldn't stop thinking of how I dreaded having to go to my own room.

When I opened my door there was nothing and noone there. I let out a sigh of relief. Maybe he finally was going to give me the room and surrender.

"Miss me?" came out of no where. I jumped having the crap scared out of me. "What the fuck? Don't ever sneak up on me, ever." I was frustrated that he could get under my skin so easily. "I'm sorry honey, did little ole' me scare you?" he said with a grin on his face.

All I could muster up was an 'I hate you' followed by "Okay, listen if were going to 'live' together can we at least try to get along and maybe be friends?" He just stared at me as if I had three heads.

"Hello! Anybody in there?" I said while waving my hand in front of his blank face. "Sorry" he finally said after awhile.

He walked across the room and gave me a look that I've never seen before. He kind of looked like he was blushing, "you want to be friends with me? Really?" Okay, he was deffinetly blushing now, but why?

"Yeah, why not you can't be that bad, and I could see us becoming friends in time," I said as he just kept looking at me dumbfoundedly. Finally, after a long pause and Elliot giving off a thinking face he said, " sure, I guess that's whats best and you're not all that bad either."

Finally we agreed on something, and I truley felt relieved. Maybe moving here wasn't going to be such a bad thing after all.
