Sleep paralysis

I woke up in the middle of the night, I couldn't move and I couldn't talk or scream. I noticed that my closet was open. I heard weird noises comming from everywhere. The door opened even more and a black shadow came out the door, it looked at me but still couldn't move. Just a moment later my mom walked in........ I was asleep again? she woke me up for school and never had an experience like this again.
