The sound of a door closing was what woke Akoma from her deep sleep. She opened her eyes and blinked several times. She was lying on a bed in a dark room, and she felt like she had been sleeping for hours. She slowly sat up and realized her limbs felt quite heavy. She surveyed the comfortable bed, the colourful covers, the curtains and wallpaper and deduced that she was probably in a rich lady's room or perhaps a hotel. She felt her body with her hands and realized she was in a T-shirt and pyjama trousers. When she remembered that the guy called Poku had taken her from the poolside earlier, she panicked and climbed out of bed hastily, only to stand and feel her legs could not support her weight. She stumbled and fell to the floor. She looked around her and saw light from underneath the door, and then she started to crawl towards it. Just before she could reach for the doorknob, she heard footsteps and the knob turned. The door opened to reveal Poku standing over her staring down at her with a look of concern, and he was carrying a tray with some food in covered plates on it. Akoma stared back and clenched her jaw.

"Hello, dear," Poku said calmly and shut the door behind him. He reached for the wall and turned on the lights with his elbow on the switch. Akoma looked around the brightly lit room and concluded that the room was definitely a hotel room after seeing a notice for room users on the wall. "I figured you might be hungry. Here's supper for you."

"I'm not hungry," Akoma lied in a hoarse voice. "What do you want with me? Why am I here?"

Poku slowly set the tray on the bed and bent down to help Akoma up with a hand, but Akoma seized his neck with both legs and threw him to the floor, locking him between her thighs. Poku did not look surprised. He merely smirked and stroked her thighs. Akoma grunted and tightened the grip. "Let me go, or I will break your neck," Akoma whispered and strained to crush Poku's neck, but he merely laughed.

"Amazing," he said through his breath as he choked. "I find what you're doing more attractive than your looks. I must be frank with you – this chokehold is not as strong as it appears. Try harder."

"Be careful what you wish for," Akoma growled.

"On the contrary, you should feel endangered for attempting to harm the person who saved your life twice. Be a little grateful, with you?" Poku slowly grabbed Akoma's legs and parted them at once, and he crawled quickly to press his weight on top of her. Akoma locked his waist with her legs and seized his throat, but he snorted and grabbed both hands by the wrists, effortlessly pinning them to the floor. Akoma spat into his face, but he ignored it and leaned over to stare deeply into her eyes. Akoma held her breath and turned her cheek to him to avoid having her face too close to his. Poku grinned and sniffed the side of her neck, and then he sighed before saying, "I like your smell." Akoma shook her head and with a grunt, threw her head back and head-butted hard in the face, but regretted doing so when the unexpected impact of the collision left her stunned with a bruised forehead.

Otuo returned home from work earlier than usual because he could not wait to see his new Bae he had named Adiepena, because he claimed she was a rare woman to find. He had actually sent his wife back to her mother for losing their fourth pregnancy two weeks earlier out of frustration, and when a co-worker introduced him to Ex Vivo, he ordered a Bae who not only shared resemblance with his wife, but also had what his wife did not – a womb that could keep a baby. Their relationship had been running for two weeks, but the fun, romance and happiness was all Otuo could ever desire in a woman like Adiepena. She cooked five times better than his wife, was smarter, prettier, more intelligent than his wife and as ferocious as a lioness in bed. After their fourth night together, Otuo had agreed to let her move in with him, and he was already thinking of divorcing his wife quickly to replace her with the perfect woman for his life.
