Chapter 23

Chloes POV

"Hey jake,  I'm at the hospital can you pick me up? " I said as I phoned jake

"Yeah sure , I'm about 30 seconds away " said jake as he hung up

As jake pulled up he gave me a big smile , I liked jake, in a friend way.

" Have you and logan made up yet?" Asked jake as I put my suitcase in the back of the tesla

"I don't know really, we haven't really spoke much.  Lexi said that we would have to date for a trial thing to see if we can live together so hopeful that works " I said as I got in the passenger seat of his car

"Yeah hopefully, anyway how is Lexi?  " asked jake as he started driving towards the hospital exit

"She's alright, stressed and tired though but I guess she will be after having a child. Plus logan not really helping he's jut leaving g her to do everything,  like fair eniugh it's her child but it's also his grand daughter " I said as I got my phone out my bag to a text from Lexi

"I think he's still shocked,because it is a bit shocking when your somebody goes into labour and has a child expecially if it's his own daughter " said jake as I read through lexis text

Texts between Lexi and chloes

Lexi hi mom, dad still hasn't held daisy, also are you still sticking to the agreement
Chloes yes definitely, give him a few more days he's probably still coming to terms with the fact that he's a grandpa now
Lexi yeah true , are you going to jake?
Chloes yeah , with him now
Lexi okay then , tell him to tell dad to snap out of it because dad listens to jake
Chloe okay then,I'm gonna have to now
Lexi okay then bye
Chloes bye

" Yeah true,but you'd still think he'd show he cares because lexis probably shocked as well Considering she's just had her second child " I said as I put my phone In my purse

"Maybe, oh yeah chance and Chad moved your stuff into the martinez room because there no longer staying here " said jake as he turned down the road that lead up to his house

"Yeah that's fine I don't mid where I am as long as I've got access to a window and a bed " I said as jake put the car into the garage parking next to his new lambo

As I got out I got my bag and headed up to my new room while jake put his car on charge because it was running low

Once I got to my room I was actually shocked because all I had to do was put my clothes away , the boys had set everything else up.

1 hour later

After an hour of unpacking I finally put up the canvas of me Lexi and logan ,from when we first had her, above my bed.

I was finally settling in
