synopsis of eighth letter: yeri is trying to process what lisa had said about jungkook and yeri begins to regret dating him. she and hansol broke up because they both agreed this wouldn't last, but decided to stay friends.

like i said before, i did not tell lisa that.

but you didn't trust me back then so it's understandable that you thought i had said that.

when i heard that you and hansol had broke up, i felt so happy in such a long time.

for a little bit, i deluded myself into thinking that i could become your boyfriend again.

but i knew it wasn't possible.

also, i was dating tzuyu at the time, but she told me that she agreed to be my girlfriend because she wanted to help us get back together.

tzuyu realized that there was doubt in your mind, so she told me to break up with her.

she told me the best advice anyone gave me:
