'HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EXPLAIN THIS?'
'I thought I was alone! I've been a hero for over a year but nothing like this has ever happened!!'
We both just stand there, utterly shocked. I mean, what are you supposed to do when one of your classmates finds out your actually a superhero??
"I-I can explain!" No I can't. What is there to explain?!
"Y-Y- you're! What?! How?!!? Is that what it meant..?"
She just stands there, this utterly confused expression planted on her face.
"Well uh... I kinda have to go.. You know... Save people..? Promise you won't tell anyone!" I put my hands together, Bowing my head.
"I promise." She assures. But.. just to be safe..
"Pinky promise me then."
"W-what?" She questions. 'Hasn't she ever heard of a pinky promis?'
"Pinky promise me you won't tell anyone! Here," I hold out my pinky to her.
"Oh uh.. Ok." she locks her pinky with mine and we stamp our thumbs to finalize it.
"Alright, I'm counting on you to keep your promise. See ya!" And before she could process what happened, I use my super speed to run away. 'Well, that was... Unexpected. I just hope I can trust her. She seems... Nice'
I don't know why, but I have a good feeling about this.
