Once there was a living girl with a heart. Someone only had to call her ugly once for that to change. She bought a blade that could fit in her pocket. A small shiny blade that shined in the light. Everyday you would find a new, fresh cut on her arm. No one bothered to ask her why or how it happened. No one cared, she would tell herself, so it would hurt less. But one person cared. He loved her to no end. But she never knew. One day it was so bad that you couldn't tell the difference between the scars and her arm. At school the next day, the boy didn't see the girl once. Not even in the halls. He got worried, so after school he went to her house to see if she was okay. The front door was open, which was strange. He entered the house and walked up to her room. Opening the door fully, he saw a form on the ground. Going over to it, he saw that it was the girl. Turning her over he saw many large, red gashes all over her arms legs and stomach. Checking for a pulse, he felt nothing. Reaching for her hand, he felt it fall limp and cold in his own. She was gone an he never told her how he felt. All this happened because one person felt the need to tell her she was ugly, when in reality she was a kind hearted, young and pretty girl. One simple word changed everything. Bulling doesn't have to be physical pain, it could just be a few spiteful words thrown in someone's face. Stop putting people down for your own benefits. Words hurt as much as stones. It all hurts when it comes to bulling.
