(Hey you guys! How'd you like that last chapter? It was kind of all over the place, but hopefully it still made some sense. Anyways hope you guys are having a good day! Love you all! 😘❤)

I woke up and Logan was leaning over me, "Are you okay?" His eyes were wide with concern.

"Yea I'm fine. How long was I out?" I tried to sit up, but it hurt my ribs to much so I continued to lay back down for now.

"Only a few seconds. Are you sure you're okay?" I nodded my head and Logan helped me up.

"Thanks. Now. Your knuckles look horrible where's your bathroom?" He pointed to a door in his room.

I grabbed his hand and led him to the bathroom, relying on him to stay steady more than I care to admit.

"Give me your hands." I took his hands and turned on the sink letting his knuckles run under the water.

"You know Day, I can do this myself." I shook my head at him and continued to wash his hands.

When all the blood was off of them, I searched through the drawers for bandages, "They're in the middle drawer on the right." Logan pointed to the drawer as he sat on the sink.

I opened it up and grabbed the bandages, "Let me see your right hand." He passed me his hand and I started to wrap them.

When I was done with him right hand I took his left one and did the same.

We walked out of the bathroom and back into his bedroom, "Thanks for the help Day." I nodded and gave him a small smile.

"Hey," Logan turned back to face me. "Are you sure you're okay? You seem out of it a little." I nodded my head and plopped down on his bed.

That was a bad decision on my part. The minute I did pain shot through my ribs and I clutched my side, another mistake, and gasped for air.

I know I hadn't broken anything, or I wouldn't have been able to move as much as I have been. But a fracture? That's possible.

"I think I may have fractured my ribs Logan." His eyes widened a little and he seemed to go into a panic.

"Um do I call the ambulance? No. The doctors? No they're closed. What about-"

"Logan calm down. I'm fine. Just can you get me an ice pack and some Advil. They can't do anything for a fracture anyways." He nodded his head and left the room.

I sighed and laid down trying to avoid a sudden shock of pain.

Finally I was able to lay down, but at that moment the door opened and the three stooges walked in.

"Here's an ice pack and Advil." Logan thrust the stuff I asked for in my direction. His soft and caring demeanor had changed. His once benevolent voice was gone and now his tone just sounded apathetic.

Confused by his behavior I took the stuff from him and muttered a thank you.

"What happened Day? How the hell did you facture your ribs?" Tyler gestured to me and I shrugged. Well, I tried to.

"Eh you know, the ol' this and that and falling down the stairs." I added a country draw on my words to try and lighten the mood.

It didn't seem to work very well so I changed the topic instead, "Where you able to get everyone to leave?"

Jake and Tyler nodded but only Jake continued, "The only people that stayed behind were Matt and Jay. They feel really bad."

"Yea well I feel bad too. Maybe not the way they feel it but I still do feel bad." I yawned and looked at my phone, "You guys do know it's 1:30 in the morning and we have school today right?"
