okay so imma be honest with ya'll, i really don't remember what day i made it in the story or anything whoOps, sooo let's just say its monday k? coolio

Lucas POV.

I finally did it, I asked Max out on a date. Oh, and we kissed twice, no big deal right? Right.. haha. I'm slowly dying on the inside.

We returned to Mike's house shortly after we got to know each other a bit better, for real though. I now know her favorite things and stuff.

I've been up for about an hour, everyone is still sleeping. Max fell asleep on my leg, but I'm not complaining. How can someone look so cute even when they're sleeping? I look like a zombie.

20 minutes pass, and Mike finally wakes up, looking at El first. He smiles and then notices I'm staring at him. I wiggle my eyebrows at him.

"Shut up!" Mike whisper yells and rolls his eyes. Him and I decide to go get some breakfast since we think everyone else will take forever to wake up.

As we sit at the kitchen table eating our Eggo's, Mike asks if Max and I are a thing.

"Psssh.. whaaaat?" I respond. "Yeah I guess maybe. I did ask her on a date and ummm." I pause and take a breath. "We kissed three times." I shrug as I take another bite of my Eggo's.

Mike chokes a little on his milk.

"You what?" He says as he wipes his mouth. "Dude I'm so happy for you!" He exclaims, smiling at me.

"Me too. Me too."

kinda a crappy chapter and I didn't attach music bc i'm lazy & gonna be late for school whoops sorry guys :((
