Steven

"God you stupid dumb lock!" I mumbled under my breathe as I fumbled with my lock trying to get it to open. I didn't know why it was being dumb not like I had any trouble with my oyhet lockers at my previous school.

"Need help?" A voice said from behind me, nearly making me jump out of my skin. I turned to see a very handsome guy standing right there. "The name's Vincent. Do you need help opening it." He gestured towards my lock, but had a hard time focusing on it when I just was looking at his.....

"So do you mind?" He said bring back. I nodded in agreement, giving him my combination and moved to the side as he went in to examine the lock. "The key to this is just being calm." He twisted in the code anf pulled unlocking it.

"Thanks for that Vincent alot. My name's Steven." I grinned as I said it.

He moved around me a made his way down the hall, "I know." He replied back leaving in wonder on how he knew.

Shoving my English book in my locker, I grew very curious of Vincent. However, shrugging it off I went to my next class, A.P. Psychology . This was a class that I was looking forward to be in.

Ever since freshman year I wanted to become a Therapist and since then I've been taking classes that could prepare me and now here I am. Something about helping people with their problems seemed self-promissing. The pride in knowing your needed for once was something that pushed me harder to see I make it.

As I enetered the class room I bumped into a girl knocking us both down. "I'm terribly sorry. I wasn't really paying attention." I stood up dusting myself up and elongated my hand. She looked me in the eyes and accepted my offer.

"It's no biggy or anything, but be careful not everybody is as forgiving as I am. Wait a minute, " she positioned her finger at the rim of her lips." I haven't seen you around school. Are you new here?" She stood there fixing herself.

She had this warm feeling about her as if I already knew her. "Yeah. The name's Steven Cabey." She nearly squealed as I closed my mouth.

"Well hi my name's Jasmine Hastings! I can't believe we kave a new student! Hope I don't freak you out or anything I'm just excited." Her burnett locks bounced following after her bounces. I had calmed her down only after the teacher instructed us to our seats.

"And so don't forget to read chapters 5-7 tonight and complete the assigned work by tonight." Mr. Durbin spoke as the class was heading out the door.

I waited outside for Jasmine and spotted Vincent walking down the hall with his friends. The way he swayed with each stride and the way he looked ravishing when he laughed. He just was to gorgeous for one person alone. He almost looked to good to be true though, almost.

Vincent

"So Vincent are you going to Tiffany's party on Friday? I heard Payton's going to be there." Jake said nudging my arm. He and I were on our way to Chemistry when he decided to pester me if I was going to Tiffany's party. Like if it was even a question to ask, he knew I be there and this time no drinking. I learned the last time.

"Maybe, maybe not depends really?" I shrugged toying with him. He stopped and looked at me with a confused look on his face. "I'm kidding man. Did you really think that you had to ask? But if you even think about giving me beer then I'll kill you right on the spot!" I glared at him while he burst out laughing.

"Oh god!" He was grabbing his side. "Dude you are something else!" He walked on into class leaving me behind. I shook my head and followed.

Well that's an hour of my life I won't be getting back. Apparently Mrs. Montell was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us today. First she went and gave non-stop lecture notes for 30 minutes. Then gave gave us a 3 page essay due by Monday on a topic we know nothing about. This was going to be an eventful weekend.
