I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and pulled it out. We are currently at the mall, Alyssa is trying clothes on while I sit here waiting for her to finish.

Sabrina Carpenter: hey gray! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the show last night. I still can't believe I finally got to meet one of my biggest supporters. You guys mean the world to me.

Gray: I can't believe I got to meet you. You are my world. I saved up so many pay checks just to meet you! Thank you for making being broke worth it.

Sabrina Carpenter: you are welcome. 😂😂 Hey I have to go but catch you later? If you need anything message me. Love you.

Gray: okay bye. Love you too.

My face hurt from smiling and that didn't go unnoticed by Alyssa.

"What are you smiling so much" she said wiggling her eyebrows.

"Oh you know, no reason." I told her locking my phone.

"So Sabrina Carpenter is "no reason" she said nudging me.

"Fine she is the reason. She's just the sweetest humans ever okay!" I said letting my voice fill with exaggeration.

"What did she say?" Alyssa smirked.

"Nothing that she was happy to meet me." I told her as we walked me waving my arm around and dropping my phone a few times.

"So you saying Sabrina Carpenter being happy to have met you is nothing?" She said rolling her eyes at me.

"Yes it's nothing. She is a human. I am a human. We met. That is chill!" I told her rolling my eyes back at her.

"Okay! Whatever you say" she said to me.

When we got back to my house I saw my dad wasn't home I signed in relief and walked to my front door and grabbed my key and unlocking it.

I walked to the kitchen to grab a drink before heading upstairs. On the fridge was a note from my dad.

Gray,

I will be gone for 8 weeks. Grams will be over in a day or so to watch you while I am gone. Bills are paid so no need to worry see you when I get back.

Dad!

Dad won't be here for 2 months. I don't know if I am relieved or not, but at least Grams will be here so I will get to spend alot off time with her.

If you can't tell me and my grandma are super close. She's been my rock for as long as I can remember. She is my everything.
