(Yuzuru's POV)
It's been 2 years since that accident and one year since I've been discharged from the hospital. I helped one person by giving my heart but they found a donor for me.
When I awoke a psychologist or counselor or something was there and talked to me, I told them everything about what happened and he told me it was just the trauma and my subconscious creating an escape.
'It was all just a dream to put it in simpler terms.'
That's what he said, but it felt so real, everything. But beyond that I was named a hero for saving all those people and and helping them, I'm a hero. And I'm now a full doctor but luckily today is my day off.
As of right now, I'm just making my down the streets, it's a beautiful day. It's sunny and warm out, the summer day is amazing. Today I have black tennis shoes and jeans, a t shirt and a green button up shirt.
But just as I walk past someone on their phone but their sun hat is hiding their face. And they start to walk away. And it feels like time itself has slowed to a stop. I know her.... I know her! I KNOW HER!!!
I turn around as she's still walking away.
"KANADE!!! KANADE TACHIBANA!!!" I call out as everyone looks at me like I'm crazy
And she stops. She must recognize me... she has too... she just has too...
She slowly turns around. She's wearing a cream white dress, short sleeved jean crop jacket, and sandals and her sun hat. She's hair is cut and down to her neck. But it's still a silvery white and her big beautiful curious eyes. Tears are forming in my eyes. My feet are moving on their own accord, slowly but then at full speed as I pick her up and spin her around and I'm crying. And she just holds onto me as I lean back against a wall.
"Yuzuru...?" She asked softly
I'm still crying and nod. "It's me..." I say
"Yuzuru!" She said
She remembers! She remembers me! And we slowly kiss.
"I missed you so much Kanade..." I say as the tears are still coming but she wipes them away
"In here Yuzuru... I won't leave you ever again..." She whispers
"Thank you... Kanade..." I whisper holding her close
"I love you Yuzuru..." she whispers
"I love you too Kanade..." I breath as we kiss again despite how others may see this this is our moment, I've got my girl now...
