Hiro Hakun was a young boy at the age of 15, he lived in the city of Kyoto in Japan. He was of average height, he had brown hair and hazel eyes. He thought of himself as a normal kid, he played, went to school, and he loved visiting the public bath in his free times. He lived with his mom in the forest where he would spend his time looking at the patterns in the sky.
Unfortunately, Hiro did suffer. Hiro had always had trouble making friends from a very young age. He never had anyone to play with at a younger age, or someone to do homework or socialize with. Hiro had always gone to lunch on his own, he went to the movies on his own, and he even went to an amusement park on his own once.

Hiro had a spot in the forest near an enormous willow tree. He didn't know why he was so fond of this place, but some, almost magical force compelled him to come here whenever he wanted to be alone.
Hiro came home one day drenched in sweat. "Hiro what happened to you!" His mother cried. "Mother you mustn't worry for me I am absolutely fine!" He yelled. His mom looked at him with a surprised look on her face, for she has never heard her son yell at her before, this was a first. Before she knew what had happened, Hiro had opened the front door and left.
Hiro ran out of the house as fast as he could. He felt the tears streaming down his eyes, "God Hiro, put yourself together you wimp" He whispered. When he got to his spot in the forest his sat down and put his head on the ground.
As he looked in the sky he heard the chirping of birds, the sound of little animal feet pattering on the ground. This place was like his sanctuary, somewhere where he could calm himself without the distractions of people.
So, the reason for Hiro's strange temper was actually quite simple. On his walk home he was stopped by some kid and he was forced to give the kid all of his money. It was not the loss of 10 dollars that worried Hiro, it was the fact that no one tried to stop the bully, that even though there were people walking by, once again, no one stood up for him.
Hiro had begun realizing that something was not normal a few years ago. He knew that he was missing something vital in his life, but he simply could not put his finger on it. So he lay there wondering and listening to the sound of birds chirping and the afternoon breeze blowing through his hair.
"What a beautiful day this is. I wish I could stay like this forever." Hiro quietly said to himself. Hiro took out his homework for the day and began the long and difficult journey of studying. "God, why is school so difficult!!" Hiro threw his work down on the ground in a fit of anger after struggling with a math problem. He paced like a madman for quite a while before finally calming down again.
I wish I had brought my jacket with me, he thought It was getting very chilly this time of the year, Hiro felt the wind against his body, leaving him aching for warmth, or at least the sound of another human in this part of the woods.
All of a sudden Hiro hears the sound of leaves rustling from behind him, he quickly turns around to view a blur of a figure crashing into him.
Hiro suddenly got up from fear of being strangled. He looked at the figure on the ground, it was a boy not much older than him. He had been wearing a white t-shirt and jeans. Hiro walked up to the body very slowly, he checked the boys pulse, it was beating, but very slowly. Hiro picked the boy up and began carrying him over to his house.
Hiro had no clue who this boy could be, but he knew that there was something very wrong about this.
