Hey lovelies!
Question of the day;
What's the best thing thats happened to you?
*******
I was horrified at the large amount of blood all over Ahmed's shirt and horrified at how little there was on Murad's. Murad's straight pitch black locks that fell over his eyes were now drenched and stuck on his forehead. Did Ahmed even get to touch Murad?
This is the reason I am terrified when Murad get's into fights. Not because he will get hurt but because he's extremely dangerous. I'm afraid he'll kill someone because He's been taking kickboxing, taekwondo, and martial arts throughout his life.
It all started because Murad was extremely hotheaded as a child-which I blame on his dad- so His mom took him to all these classes because it was his outlet. He basically dominated the game and was actually asked to teach his skills but he quit about two years ago. Although, I doubt he forgot anything.
As soon as Murad saw me he cursed under his breath and let go of Ahmed. Ahmed quickly fell back down on the dirty pavement, resting his head on it and then wiping away the blood from his lips. I looked frantically at him and grabbed a tissue that I had stashed in my backpack.
I handed it to him. "Are you okay?"
Ahmed grabbed it and then looked up to smirk at Murad for some weird reason. Murad immediately and rudely grabs my arm and yanks me up, glaring at me. He then proceeds to take the tissue from Ahmed's hand and put it in his pocket.
"Are you kidding me!" I yell but he remains silent, his jaw clenched, and just drags me out of the circle of people huddling, watching the fight.
As soon as we were far enough I yank myself away from him. "What is wrong with you?"
He spun and faced me. "Hanna I tell you only a million times to not interfere when I get into fights." He grits. "Especially when its with that asshole!" He jabbed his finger at where Ahmed is.
I put my hands on my hips and looked up to his tall frame. "You were going to kill him Murad."
Murad looked at me sternly. "And?"
I throw my hands up in the air. "You're insane." I looked away from him for a minute. I needed to collect my thoughts.
Murad sighed . "Hanna," He began but I kept looking away. i was partially annoyed at him to be honest. Murad reached out and gently picked my chin up which oddly startled me. "you understand me the most. I hope you're not surprised." He said softly and I just blinked.
I felt some sincerity. "So does this mean you won't do it again?" I whispered.
Murad let go of my chin and chuckled. "I'd still pound his face a hundred more times."
My face fell and my eyes narrowed. "Murad!" I hit him in the chest. "You'll get expelled and then who will be there for me!"
Murad smirked. "Did you forget who my father is? They can't expel me." He said with his head held high.
I sighed. "Damn it, you're right." He has been dragged to the principals office maybe a hundred times and each time he got out with a severe warning. Though they never end up doing anything which sometimes makes me mad because if I were to even dare get into a fight, I would definitely get expelled.
I quickly looked back at Ahmed. I felt bad but he was a loud mouth. He usually loved getting Murad into fights because he knew Murad wasn't the type to shy away. Also they are each other's arch nemesis. They are cousins and Murads family basically hates Ahmed's family. They have bad history from fighting over companies and money or even parking spaces. It was insane how much pettiness there was between each family. Murad in the beginning was really good freinds with Murad but he betrayed him which spoiled everything for Murad.
