My Dear Readers,
First, I started Checkmate in India-forums, then in Telly Updates & finally I am in Wattpad. But the journey was not very smooth. I faced many negative feedbacks in both TU & IF, but I never cared. I just believed in the content. I was, still I am, very much confident about Checkmate. Constructive criticism is very much welcome. I will be glad if people points out my mistakes & loopholes as I am not a professional writer. & it's only my hobby. If I am so after responses & appreciation, then probably I would not progress till part 33. I got highest 21 votes, let's not talk about comments. But I never cared because I started writing in these online platforms asking no one. It's solely my responsibility. I never stopped posting in Telly Updates after getting zero responses as I believe it's my duty to post there as I started there.
But if you get messages like "Don't you have shame that after getting such low responses you are still posting your crap writing? People clearly rejected your story." Honestly speaking, I felt insulted & sad. This story is so closed to my heart & this kind of mockery is too much for the author, at least for me.
Yes, I read all of your comments & messages. Thank You all for giving me support. I thought a lot & I feel I can't disappoint my few loyal readers for a hater who can't even post in comment section & messaged me privately. So, I am going to continue Checkmate. I can't skip any single part as this story is very much planned. Will be back with new updates soon. May be, I reacted too much also. Sorry. But can't stopped myself as I felt really bad.
