"Why do we have to move," Kary moaned. They arrived at the house. It had branches that looked like scarecrows, and trees moving like ghosts. Kary stormed up into her bedroom, not giving a care in the world about anything. In her head, she was thinking" This is awful", "I hate it here", "this house is seriously haunted". Kary and her mom moved from sunny beach California all the way to horrible, miserable, Colorado. Kary's parents were divorced and her mom wanted to get away from the past as much as possible. Kary just laying in bed, not doing anything. Hours and hours passed, Kary still was laying in bed. She clearly had lost track of time.

Then, a "swoosh" caught her eye. She stood up like a zombie in the apocalypse. She walked towards the window. Then she spotted it, a gorgeous horse in forest galloping around. It had a beautiful white coat and a long shimmery mane.

Kary then spotted a tunnel, a tunnel that looked like it just appeared out of nowhere. It was floating in the sky. The horse suddenly moved back, it started galloping towards the tunnel and flew straight up and disappeared! "NO" Kary yelled. It was the first amount of interest that she had since moving here. " 3:57 am," she said, Kary had been here in Colorado for more than 12 hours. " I should get some sleep, it's getting late". As soon as she fell, asleep she dreamed about the wicked, how it was haunted and there were spiders and big rats. All the things she hated. "AHHHHHHH" She yelled. It was just a dream. "Not only is this house so ugly, but I'll also have to deal with the nightmares that I get," she said to herself. It was 5: 17 am, then Kary heard it again, another "swoosh". But this time it was different, far more powerful. "I'm going outside for a walk," she said to herself.

The light was getting dimmer, but outside it was brighter. She then spotted it again, the horse she saw. But this time, the horse came up out her, his sweet face nickered Kary's cheek and his muzzle was gentle and soft. "I'm going to ride boy," she said to the horse. As soon as she got on, the horse started galloping, galloping towards the deep forest."WOAH" she screamed! But it didn't seem like the horse just bolt off, he was taking her somewhere, somewhere so that nobody could find her. "Where are you going," she said to the horse, "Just trust me" The horse replied. "YOU CAN TALK" Kary yelled. "Of course I can, its what I do all day". Kary was amazed, her heart pumping out of her chest. They arrived at a barn, an old crusty barn that looked like it had been built in the 1700's. "Why did you take me here"? The horse didn't reply but instead stared at her with an evil eye. They went further, further down into a deep, dark, tunnel. The tunnel had a white shiny diamond that looked like a fortune. The horse suddenly grabbed Kary hand and put it on the diamond. "OUCH" She yelled. Her hand was white and crusty that looked like it was disappearing. The horse pushed down her head and put her on the diamond.  Kary yelled, and screeched, to the top of her lungs that she couldn't feel her throat anymore. Why was the horse doing this? Why did he choose her? Why was her hand disappearing? Kary had millions of questions.

The horse suddenly smirked, it was like he was smiling with his muzzle. She then looked at her pajamas, they were white and looked transparent with flowers on them, and her toes were as white as a "GHOST" she yelled! Kary's face was white, whiter than snow, and her hair was shiny like gold. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME" She demanded an answer.

The horse suddenly started to fade away, leaving Kary standing, alone. Kary's legs were shaking and her hair was flowing.  "I should find a way home," Kary said, her body still shivering. She started walking in the dark, the trees looked like ghosts and the ground was shaking like there was a monster underneath. Kary walked, she walked slowly through the deep dark woods. Until she realized something. Her feet had disappeared, and she was floating in the air! "AHHHHH" she screamed. Kary was now a ghost.
