Usagi was out with her friends along with Luna and Artemis in the Jūban Shopping District. "Sailor Moon!" Usagi looked around worriedly and to the cats bearing their crescent moon marks on their foreheads. Tinsel ran to the bun headed blond and her companions. "Who are you?" Asked Mina. Tinsel was bit out of breath as she raised a finger to give her a moment. She took a deep breath as she looked at the Japanese girls. "I have finally found you and your friends, Sailor Moon."
"How do you-"
"Allow me to introduce myself, I am Tinsel Sparkleshine, elf of the North Pole."
Rei was skeptical while the others were surprised. Usagi and the others were bombarding the elf with questions about her, what the North Pole looks like, and so on. "Enough already!" She cried and calmed herself down. "I was sent on a mission to find you and your team, Usagi, Christmas is in terrible danger."
"Christmas is in danger?!" They all said scared. Tinsel nodded grimly as she told them about her encounter with a dark shadow creature that attacked them and destroyed a year's worth of presents they worked so hard on.
"If the creature keeps this up, I'm afraid Christmas will not be happening this year."
Usagi bursts into tears at the very thought of Christmas not coming. "Usagi-chan, stop crying." Said Ami. Tinsel nods, "Ami is right, crying is not going to help you and your friends save Christmas. You all need to work together in order save this holiday season from ending.
Rei looks at Tinsel with doubt on this whole concept. She was once told that there was no such thing as Santa and all that stuff about elves and the North Pole are made up by parents to have their children behave well so they can give them presents.
"What do we need to do, in order to save Christmas?" Usagi said to the elf.
They all got together to hear Tinsel's plan for when they get to the North Pole to stop this dark, wicked entity that is terrorizing the North Pole residents.
"Sailor Moon, the fate of Christmas falls into all your hands." Said Tinsel. "I believe that you can all do it."
