My hands grasped the edges of the broken siding on silo. I stuck my head through the gap."Wonho!" I called, sending echos bouncing off the walls inside.
"You never stop, do you?" His cold voice spoke before he appeared on the opposite end. He raked his fingers through this hair. "What is it now?"
"My parents really don't like you."
"What do you expect? I was created to strip lungs of everything they can hold." He slowly crept closer as he spoke. "To destroy pretty little things, like you, and burn them to the ground. I was created to bring the world to its knees and fear all my kind. I was made to be a monster."
Despite his threats, I only laughed. "For some reason, you aren't convincing me, Wonho."
I stretched one leg up and through the hole. Sliding myself through the gap. My feet landed on concrete inside the silo.
"What are you doing?" Wonho growled. "Get out of here!"
I looked at my rain boots that stood on a small mound of some strange, dead, fungus or moss. My gaze slowly traveled to meet that of Wonho.
"But I just got here." A slow and friendly smile spread on my face.
"GET OUT!" Wonho's voice came out more harsh than it's ever been before. I even flinched at his bark. His face started to read how hostile he was feeling.
I slowly sunk back against he wall with my heart picking up speed. Wonho began taking a couple steps my way. Every muscle in my body began to tense. My hand searched behind me for the edge of the window. I quickly pulled myself to it, slipping back to the outside world.
Away from the little one inside the cold, musty silo.
Away from Wonho.
I ran back to the house.
