Meanwhile, Matches has just buried a volleyball, chuckling to himself.

"Matches, how many times do I have to tell you 'don't dig in the pumpkin patch'?" Ms. Grimwood walked over with Thing, scolding her pet dragon. "We need them for our Halloween Hoedown, and you certainly can't carve THAT into a Jack-O-Lantern..." She gestured down at the buried ball. "Now, get rid of it!"

Matches sighed to himself, but he did as told. He grunted and kicked the ball back over the hedge to the school next door; he wanted to still play with it, but he had to obey his mistress.

After a little while, Shaggy, Scooby, Braedey, and the girls come back, looking very hungry. "Like, I hope we get to eat something good soon." The former said.

"Meal time is next." Braedey looked at the schedule in his hand. "And it looks like an outdoor banquet." Shaggy and Scooby liked the sound of a banquet.

"I'll get things sorted in the kitchen, and get back to you all." Ms. Grimwood said, heading inside the school.

"Let's catch your breaths or take a water break until then." Braedey suggested to the others.

"Man, I'm hungry like my family!" Winnie said as she patted her growling gut.

"I haven't had this much exercise in a long time." Braedey sighed while panting. "Fortunately, I'm in good shape."

"Good for the heart." Elsa said to him with a smile.

"Like, what should we do until Ms. Grimwood comes with our food?" Shaggy asked.

Tanis sucked her thumb as she tugged Braedey's hand. "Why don't you tell us some stories?" She suggested

"Not a bad idea." Braedey gently picked up the little mummy girl. "Let's see..." He then had an idea. "Why don't I tell you about when me, Shaggy, Scooby, and our friends went to Moonscar Island?"

"Like, I don't want to be reminded of that." Shaggy grumbled.

Throughout the few moments, Braedey explained to the ghoul girls about the adventure and nightmare of Moonscar Island, fighting against cat-creatures, along with zombie hordes, and Braedey finding out his mother is alive.

"Sometimes, I didn't think my mother was alive, and she was in hiding." Braedey chuckled a little, whilst Tanis sat in his lap, as if he was Father Christmas taking photos.

"Like, I hope we don't have Parents Night." Shaggy muttered. He was afraid of meeting the monster relatives of these little girls.

"Ruh-huh." Scooby agreed.

After what felt like an eternity for Shaggy and Scooby, Ms. Grimwood finally returned with food for the students, teachers, and assistants.

"Come and get it, my little ones!" Ms. Grimwood called out, as Thing rang the bell for them to get them at the outdoor dining room table.

In a flash, Shaggy and Scooby dashed over. "Zoinks! Like, I thought you'd never ask!" The former smiled. "About time to wrap up the appetite, huh, Scoob?"

"Reah, rappetite!" Scooby grinned as he opened up the platter to see a few steaks.

"It does look tasty." Braedey commented, as soon as he came over to the table.

"Yes, I certainly hope so." Ms. Grimwood smiled at her guests she then took the platter away and went to the meat-eating plants. "Nothing's too good for my garden."

"Can I feed one, Ms. Grimwood, please, can I?" Tanis asked adorably and sweetly.

"Of course, Tanis, now be careful." Ms. Grimwood smiled down at her.

"She's right, Tanis. Those Venus meat-eating flytraps will eat the hand that feeds it if you're not too careful." Braedey added.

Thing proved to be a true example of that, but he got out. Tanis giggled, as she helped Ms. Grimwood feed the plants.

"Like, let's split up. There must be something to eat in this garden." Shaggy suggested.

"Reah!" Scooby agreed.

Braedey chucked a little.

"What's so funny, Braedey?" Shaggy looked to him.

"You sounded just like Fred for a minute." Braedey chuckled. "Hey, tomatoes!" He walked over to a big and ripe patch. He then picked one, but it instantly squashed into his hand. "Correction: rotten tomatoes..." He muttered, then whipped out a cloth from a hatch on his left hand to clean his hands.

"Look, some squash!" Shaggy pointed to the vegetable. However, the squash also squished instantly in their hands. Braedey knelt down to a watermelon, then held it carefully, but it deflated like a balloon.

"Like, everything in this garden's totally rotten!" Shaggy exclaimed in defeat.

"Every so often, something fresh comes in." Ms. Grimwood reminded, like rotten was good and fresh was bad.

Elsa grabbed a corn plant, then tossed it away like it was garbage. "Ripe corn, YUCK!"

'These girls are strange.' Braedey thought to himself. 'But, I'm one to talk. I mean, I hang out with Shaggy and Scooby.'

"Perhaps I could give you all something with a Transylvanian diet." Sibella said to them, then turned herself into a bat before flying off for them. "I'll see what I can do."

Shaggy fainted from Sibella's bat transformation, but Braedey caught him in time.

"No garlic will do, Sibella!" Braedey called out.

"Got it!" Sibella called back, as she flew off to get food for the humans.

Scooby sniffed around for some food around the garden they could eat.

Winnie howled after a little while. "You won't be hungry for long, guys!"

After a few short minutes, Sibella soon came back, flying in her bat form and turned back into herself as she held a white pizza box in her hands. "One pizza to go with everything on it." She told them, removing the top with the steaming pizza for the hungry humans.

"Yes! Pizza!" Braedey cheered.

"How wonderful!" Shaggy happily took a slice, short Scooby and Braedey took some too.

"I would prefer it if it had spider webs and dragon scales, but I hope you all enjoy." Sibella said to the humans and dog.

Braedey smiled as he ate his slice, happily joining the others in their pizza. Shaggy and Scooby headed off inside, while the girls helped themselves to some pizza.

"This pizza wasn't half bad." Braedey said while tasting his slice. "It could use a little bit more tomato in it, but it was good."

After everyone finished, they went inside, and someone had rung the doorbell.

Ms. Grimwood was busy typing Tanis's bandages back together after a little accident, whilst Braedey assisted her. "Will you get the door for me, Sibella?" The former asked the young vampire.

"You bet I will!" Sibella said while turning into a bat, and flying off to the door.

"Wonder who could that be?" Braedey asked himself, wondering who could be at the door, as he continued to help Tanis with her bandages with Ms. Grimwood.
