hello ! you've reached the end of " hide " and yeah i know it's hella lame and confusing so i deeply apologise. i'm actually proud of myself because every time i want to write a new story i always lose motivation in the end hohoho. but okay i'm gonna do an explanation in this chapter. firstly, questions that you might ask ;
why did jungkook kill his hyungs if he treated them like his family?
jungkook was suffering a mental disease called multiple personality disorder . he had another personality where fake memories of his hyungs treating him badly were created. in other words, in that world of his, there was no such thing as brother love, but only abuse and hatred. so, the "evil" personality of his took over his "original" personality and wanted to take this chance to take revenge for himself. throughout the game, both personalities kept on switching, so it was his evil personality who killed his hyungs and the one who wrote the yellow note too.
did jungkook kill namjoon?
no. namjoon is the only one he didn't kill because he was killed by seokjin. as you may have observed, seokjin was sorta mentally unstable. he was also a really insecure person so he kept on accusing his boyfriend for cheating out of ridiculous reasons and even went to the extent of killing him. so yeah seokjin made jungkook's job easier.
how did jungkook kill yoongi?
when yoongi went to the kitchen and jungkook went to the laundry room, jungkook could just stab him without people being suspicious as he was the one who informed the rest yoongi was dead.
how did jungkook kill hoseok?
when hoseok saw jin dragging namjoon's body. he was so focused on seokjin he didn't notice jungkook had went behind him, pushing the knife into his chest from behind.
how did seokjin get killed?
when jungkook handed them cans of beers, he put in the poison without anyone noticing. you might ask why jungkook didnt poison all of them but had to go through so much trouble? well, idk. remember his evil personality was a bit psychotic so maybe he wanted to have different ways of "having fun". the poison should work around the time hoseok got killed.
how did jungkook kill taehyung?
pushing him off the balcony. when "seokjin" messaged taehyung asking him to go there, it was jungkook who used seokjin's phone to message him as by that time seokjin was already dead. if you notice, taehyung, namjoon and jungkook were the only ones who used capital letter of every sentence in their texts. seokjin had never used it at all in his texts. namjoon was already dead by then, taehyung wouldn't text himself, so, who else is left?
how did jungkook kill jimin?
he went into the room jimin was in and stabbed him in previous chapter.
how did jungkook know the hyungs were gonna celebrate his birthday with him?
he didn't know. but he had planned everything since long ago. (to invite them to his house and play hide and seek)
who called the cops?
maybe one of the hyungs did during the game. who knows?
why hide and seek?
during this game, everyone was spilt into smaller amount of people, easier to kill
what happened to jungkook in the end?
most probably spending the rest of his life in jail. or maybe in a mental hospital. it's up to your imagination.
some other clues
1) in chapter 零, not sure if anyone has spotted and cracked the hidden code but the hidden code "₩1-10@nn1¿?¿?" looks like "who am I ¿?¿?". this is supposed to be said by jungkook as he didn't who he was anymore (after finding out that he killed his hyungs)
2) remember, jungkook was the one who suggested playing the game, so he obviously had everything planned
3) the door of course wasn't locked. jungkook lied to the others about it so they won't think of escaping
4) the time of the people getting killed were in the same order as the time of the people giving jungkook presents if you didn't notice. not really a clue but yeah
