The answer is simple! The overseers of the internet - The Internet Complex - for short.
To sum it up, The complex itself consists of nineteen members, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, FanFiction, Blogger, 4chan, Amazon, Steam, Pinterest, Wikipedia, Instagram, Facebook, Myspace, Cleverbot, Pandora, Deviantart, Tumblr, and Twitter. Each of these members has contributed significantly to the development of the internet as well as the convenience for the people who use it. Google, for example, is the wise, knowledgeable one who knows basically everything there is to know. Amazon is your trusty saleswoman. Whatever you need, whatever you want is at her disposal. Instagram and Facebook are your social outlets. Whenever you need someone to talk to, or someone to share your pictures with, they are the ultimate assistants. All in all, each complex member has a purpose, and with that purpose, they keep the internet balanced and controlled.
