Chapter 18

CHASE P.O.V.

After Liam left my room I sat down on the bed. It's been so long since I've had an actual bed. I looked around and smiled. I hope Liam is my new dad. I know Chelsea isn't my mum but I won't see my real parents so I guess she's my new mum. I heard the door open and saw Zoey come in. "Hi." She said sitting down. "Hi." I said. We talk until Liam said it was dinner time.

CHELSEA P.O.V.

I was lying on my bed when I heard a knock then saw Liam walk in. "Hey." I said sitting up. "Hey. Um, Chase asked me a question that I didn't really know how to answer." He said rubbing the back of his neck. "What was the question?" "He wanted to know if I was his new dad. I didn't want to answer him without talking to you first." "Um, well it depends. Do you care if he considers you his dad?" "I guess not." "Then tell him." I told him smiling. "Thanks. Oh! Dinner's done." He said smiling. I got up and followed him downstairs. While we were all eating, I couldn't help but think that we looked like a legit family. After dinner I gave Zoey a bath while Liam helped Chase.

LIAM P.O.V.

As Chelsea gave Zoey a bath I helped Chase. While I was brushing his hair I said"Guess what." "What?' He asked. "I'm you new daddy." He smiled,hugged me then said"Thank you Daddy." "You're welcome Buddy." After he was in pajamas I put him to bed. Once he was in bed I kissed his head and said"Goodnight Buddy. I love you." "Night Daddy. Love you too." As I was leaving his room Chelsea was leaving Zoey's. I went into Zoey's as Chelsea went into Chase's. "Goodnight Baby Girl." I said kissing her cheek. "Night Daddy. I love you." "I love you too." Once both kids were in bed I went into the kitchen to see Chelsea making tea. She handed me a cup then sat down. "Thanks love." I said sitting down myself. She blushed when I called her love. "So how do you like it here?" I asked. "I love it. I just don't want Chase and I to be in the way." She said looking at me. "You too are not in the way and won't be. Trust me." She nodded, looked at the time which read 9:30 and said"I'm heading to bed. Goodnight Liam." I hugged her lightly and said"Goodnight Chelsea." I soon went to bed myself.
