It was in the afternoon and a boy was sitting on the side of a tree, beside an old abandoned mansion. He was calmly reading one of his favourite books, with the rays of the sun reflecting, his blonde hair shinning bright as gold. It was his favourite place, although it was forbidden and someone might consider him as trespassing, but he still comes back every now and then.

It was the only place where he can be alone, away from the society. A place where he can be himself, a place where he can remove his mask, a place where he can be Adrien and not Adrien Agreste the famous model. People always say that his life is perfect, he's rich, famous and powerful. But that's what they thought, inside that smile hides a pain that no one can understand.

He was adored by everyone, all the attention of the media and the public was on him, but he still longed for something... something like love and belonging. At a young age he's already rich and powerful, people envy him because he can take and do whatever he wants, but all of this money and fame can't buy the things he wanted the most and that is something that he can call a family.

In the outside world he is Adrien Agreste, the perfect boy that everyone dreams of. But right now he is just Adrien, the boy who is always alone and broken, there is nothing good about him anyway. If only people knew about his true self, will they still adore him? Will they still want him?

He was drowning by his thoughts when all of a sudden someone called him. "Hey, Adrien!" a girl with jet black hair and bluebell eyes, appeared. Adrien sighed. "You again" he muttered, the girl sat next to him. This place was supposed to be his territory but not until that girl came. She would always bug him and talk all day long. "How long will you keep on bugging me? Won't just go away?"

The girl shook her head firmly. "Not until you beat me on that game" she grinned, yes that game, why does it always have to be that game, he thought. "Fine! But if I win this time you'll leave me alone" he said. "Sure, but if I win you'll let me stay here" she announced. "Deal!" They both faced each other and started to play. "Rock, Paper, Scissors!" Adrien's hand formed into a rock, while the girl's was paper. "Yay! I win!"

Adrien sighed in defeat, he was never good at this kind of game. Ever since day one this girl always beat him in rock, paper, scissors and he didn't like that, he do not like the feeling of loosing. He's Adrien Agreste and the Agreste family is very competitive and the word loser is not in their vocabulary. But this girl always beat him in this kind of stupid game, how low can he be? "Because I am the winner you will let me stay here with you" she said, Adrien rolled his eyes. "Do whatever you want" the girl nodded and sat at the other side of the tree.

Silence filled the air, Adrien was confused, what's wrong with her? Whenever she's around the whole place will be filled with noise but now she's just silent, he's not used to it. Did something happen? He thought to himself. He just shrugged and continued reading his book, maybe this is a good opportunity, he can read quietly again.

A few more minutes of silence and Adrien had finished reading his book. "So?" he began, cutting of the weird silence. "Adrien, what are you?" she asked out of the blue. "What?" he was confused on what the girl said, what does she mean? "What are you? A rock? A paper? Or a scissor?" he thought for a moment. "A rock" he answered. "Why?"

"Well, because a rock is hard and it can easily break things" he answered. "Yes, but breaking things is not good" the girl stated. "Well I like the rock because I know he's much tougher. How about you, what are you?"

"I'm a paper" she answered. "Why, paper of all the things? Didn't you know that papers can easily break?" Adrien asked. "Yes I know, but it's better because I won't be able to hurt the other two. Scissors can cut the paper, but the paper can't hurt the rock, the paper just wrapped itself in it because she knows that the rock needed someone to make him feel that he can find something that he can't break, that there is still someone fit enough to hold on to" she explained. Adrien looked at the girl who is now looking at the sky. "But you know that in real life rocks can break papers easily right?"
