Riley's POV

Time had passed and I'm about 6 months in. I started to read a lot about pregnancies and books on how to raise a child. Yes, they will most likely be vampires but they are still babies that need to be taken care of and treated as any other baby out there.

My mother came home not too long ago finally and told us that she quit her job and found a better one that pays her more money without having to work 24 hours. You could imagine how her reaction was when she saw my belly.

At first she thought I was sick and rushed to make an appointment at the doctors but I told explained to her and like I never expected, she took it pretty well. She gave Dimitri and long and stern lecture about how if he wanted to "in-pregnant her ichigo again, he has to go to her first." It was pretty weird since he's way older then she is even if it doesn't seem like it.

She has been helping me all the way through. I'm still struggling with things but I'm pushing through and hopefully it stays that way.

Her new "friend" is a doctor so he is also trying to help with checking up on me and make sure everything is healthy. You can tell he would do anything for my mom and I have met him too. He's really a great person. I'm currently trying to get dressed so we can go for an ultrasound but failing miserably. We do my check ups in an extra room in his house because of my current situation. I huffed as I try to put on my sweatpants but my back is killing me and I need to pee.

The struggle.

The right time that Dimitri walks in the room. He chuckles a bit when he sees me struggle and grabs my sweats before putting them on for me. He then grabs my converses and slips them on, tying my shoes not really tightly. My feet are started to swell so I need to make them a bit looser then normal.

I stand up before pecking him on the lips and both of us walk out the room and down the stairs where my mother is in the car waiting. We get in the car on our way to the doctors house. I suddenly had the urge for chipotle and voiced my thoughts to Dimitri.

"We will get it on the way back baby okay?" He looked back at me. I pouted and huffed but nodded anyways. I still get sick and sometimes scared to eat because I have vomiting but if I don't then I starve. I'm feeding 3 humans here.

He make it to the house and go around back where the back door is closer to the room and where Michael is cleaning up in the kitchen. My mom knocks on the glass door and he turns around, smiling widely. Mom invites herself in before giving him a big hug, the same huge smile plastered on her face as well. Me and Demi walks in and starts to go in the "medical room" but not before I noticed them giving each other a secret kiss. I giggled mentally before walking inside. Michael goes in and hands me a hospital gown and exits while Dimitri helps me a bit on putting it on right. He grabs my clothes and underwear and folds them neatly in a chair. He lifts me up easily on the bed, puts a sheet to cover my goods before opening the door.

Michael walks in with my mom and she goes immediately to my side and pets my hair. She kisses me gently on the forehead and I smile at her before Michael gets down the work. He flips a the monitor on and rubs the cold jelly on my belly (hehe that rhymed) and my stomach does flips. I'm going to see my babies! I grip Dimitri's hand in one hand while my moms hand is in the other.

He rubs the wand on my stomach and has a serious look on his face. I get worried but after a few seconds, he smiles and pushes the towards to our direction.

"There they are." He announces and after I look at the screen, I burst into tears. Really Riley? Of all times? I finally get to see them and they are so beautiful. There is a lot of black white and gray but I can make them out perfectly. "There is your little boy..." He points to the right side, "... And your little girl." He then points to the left. He flips another switch and the sound of thumping fills the room.
