Felix looked back at the door with nervous eyes. "She's awake!" Felix said nervously. "Oh, really?" Jack asked in a sinister voice. "Yeah, I think we should get out of here." Felix said. As Felix said that that, the little girl, who was around 6 or 7 years old, ran towards her parents' room. She saw Jack standing there, kind of mumbling to himself. The little girl had no idea what was going on and faced the green-haired blue-eyed man. "Hello!" she said to Jack. Jack slowly turned around, now facing her small form. "Hi." he responded back. The little girl made her move towards Jack, suddenly hugging him in his crimson soaked hoodie, still not noticing her now dead parents.

Jack was very confused to why she was hugging him, especially since she didn't notice the bloody knife that was still in his hand. Felix looked at the girl with remorse, having a slight change of heart, feeling sorry for her, thinking of how she'd survive on her own without her mom and dad to look after her. Felix saw Jack's hand tense up with the knife as he slowly started moving the knife slowly and silently towards the little girl's side. Felix immediately panicked and grabbed Jack's wrist, stopping him from harming the little girl.

Jack immediately took the girl's arms off of his waist and walked away from her in a fast manner as Felix followed him. The little girl then saw the carnage that was her dead parents. The little girl's eyes started to form tears as she ran downstairs to the nearest phone. "Jack, we need to go! Like, right now!" Felix rushed him. Holding the hammer that they brought, Jack smashed through the upstairs window, jumping down to the ground, collecting more cuts on his ivory skin. Felix jumped after him, both of them running into the woods.

They ran, faster and faster, trying to put some distance between them and the house. They continued to run, but a few minutes of what felt like a marathon, Felix slowed down to a jog, then stopping to catch his breath. "J-Jack?" Felix called out. "What is it, Felix?" Jack responded. "Can you slow the fuck down? I can't run anymore!" Felix huffed, a few breaths interrupting his speech. "Oh, sorry." Jack giggled as he joined his worn out friend. Jack patted Felix on the back, trying to help him regain his breath. "Come on." he paused. "Let's find a place to sit down." Jack said.

A few minutes have passed and Jack and Felix were setting up somewhat of a camp with a fire that danced in the wind on top of some broken branches that laid on the ground below. Felix was warming his hands over the fire when something caught Jack's attention. Jack saw some type of animal lurking next to their camp. He saw that it was a raccoon as he pulled out a knife. "Jack, what are you doing?" Felix whispered. Jack then thrust the knife towards the animal, hitting nothing but it's head, killing it instantly. Felix's eyes widened as he looked at Jack. Jack got up from his spot, picking up the raccoon, proceeding to skin it so they could have a meal.

About 10 minutes later, Jack had the meat roasting over the open fire. "Are you sure we can even eat raccoon?" Felix asked. "Of course we can! Why couldn't we?!" Jack asked in a slightly irrational manner. "N-no reason. I was just curious is all." Felix stuttered. Jack pulled some of the cooked meat away from the fire, handing it to Felix. He reluctantly took a bite from it, but he liked it. "This, is actually really good." Felix said. Jack smirked as he put something different in his mouth. "Uh, Jack? What was that?" Felix questioned. Jack bit down as blood flowed out of the corner of his mouth followed with a pop. Felix cringed at the sound, receiving a sadistic smile from Jack, exposing his blood soaked teeth.

"Jack, I think you're going a bit crazy there, pal." Felix reassured him. "Aren't we both? We both killed someone we cared about and frankly that's enough to make us both crazy." Jack said to him. "Whatever suits you." Felix replied back, rolling his eyes in the process. A few minutes later, they both got up from their warm spots in the forest. As they did, Felix chimed in with, "Jack? Don't you think we should light some sticks to carry with us? You know, to light the way?". "Uh, yeah. Sure." Jack agreed. Further into the forest they went with the torches in hand to light their way. With the cold air brushing through the sky, Jack and Felix covered their flames, stopping their fire to be wisped away into the night.

"Let's hope to god these don't go out. Otherwise, we'll be faced by darkness." Felix said. "Well, we don't need to worry any longer." Jack replied, stopping in his tracks. "Why?" Felix questioned. "Because there's a massive mansion in front of us." Jack replied. "Oh." Felix paused. "Wait, how'd we manage to get here?" Felix asked. "No idea." Jack took a slight pause. "But we should probably go in before something else happens to us." Jack said. "Gotcha." Felix said, both of them reaching an agreement...
