A slight moan escaped Sarah's lips when Todd pressed his harder into her's. She returned his kiss with the same ferocity. Todd guided his hands up the curve of her hip. He fumbled with the clasp of her bra. As he did so, Sarah began trailing her mouth down to the nape of his neck. Todd let out a sigh of frustration in not being able to undo the clasp. "Are you okay?" Sarah breathed into the skin of his collarbone.
Todd paused for a second, remembering the girl from the bonfire. He had never found her later that night to talk to her. Todd did a mental head shake to get himself back into the now and then. "Yeah," Todd finally undid the clasp, "don't stop." His tone of voice was demanding. Sarah continued trailing down Todd's body, and as she did so, Todd slid off her shirt and bra. Sarah brought her hand to the zipper of his pants and went on with certain motives.
"Woah, Todd! Get it man!" Todd and Sarah looked up to see Todd's room mate, Josh, standing in the doorway with two thumbs up.
"Get the hell out, Josh!" Todd shouted as he threw a pillow towards the doorway. The pillow hit the door just as Josh shut it. Todd could hear Josh laughing as he walked away from the door. "Alright," Todd said looking down at Sarah, "where were-" A phone chime went off from Sarah's phone, and she reached over to check it.
"Shit, sorry, I gotta go. My mom is freaking out or something." Sarah belted out the sentence as she put on her clothing that had been strewn across the room. She picked up the keys and headed out the door. "See you later, Todd!" she called out behind her. "We'll finish what we started some other time!" Todd stood up and walked out of his room after he heard the kitchen door shut.
He wandered into the kitchen and found Josh sitting at the counter with his phone in one hand and chips in the other. Todd went into the fridge and grabbed himself an apple; he leaned against the counter and took a crisp bite. Josh looked up for a second. "Fly's down." Josh mumbled before fixing his eyes back on his phone.
Todd fixed his zipper and mock-worshipped Josh. "Oh great and holy Josh, what would I do without you?" He threw up his hands for dramatic effect.
"So what happened with Sarah?" Josh snickered. "Did she finally realize her undying love for me?" He turned in his chair to fully face Todd.
"Naw, her mom is just flipping out." Todd ended the sentence with a punctuative bite of his apple.
"You sure it didn't go a little more like, 'Oh Todd, I'm so sorry, but Josh is just so hot and smart and has a huge-" Todd threw the apple core at Josh, and it hit him square in the middle of his forehead. Josh chuckled and picked up the apple, tossing it back to Todd who threw it in the trash bin. "All right, all right," Josh said, " well, we have a date tonight. I'm going dancing with Lara, and I promised her I'd bring a friend for her friend, Chrissy."
"Alright. As long as I get some action, I'm down. What's this girl like?" Todd raised an inquisitive eyebrow and folded his arms across his chest.
Well, she's kind of a loner. She's Lara's best friend, but they are like polar opposites. Lara's nose is always going down on some guy, and Chrissy's nose is always in a book, but hey, you know what they say about shy girls." Josh smirked and laid a brotherly punch on Todd's shoulder.
"She doesn't sound like my type," Todd said cautiously, "but I'll trust you on this one, I guess, but if she's a total bust, you owe me for wasting my night.
"Fine by me, bro. She's Lara's friend, so she at least has to be some fun, right?" Josh flicked his hands out in a questioning gesture.
"Hey, she's your girlfriend. How would I know?" Todd gave Josh a devious grin. "Maybe I could find out tonight if this Chrissy girl isn't enough fun."
"You're an ass, Todd. You know that?" Josh said, chucking a chip in Todd's direction and completely missing. Josh had never had great aim.
"I'm hitting the gym." Todd blurted out suddenly. He walked over to the front door, grabbed his keys off the hook, and slung his duffel bag that had been sitting by the door over his shoulder.
"Be ready to pick up the girls in two hours!" Josh called as Josh stepped out the door. "We can't be late or Lara will kill me."
Todd turned his head back and chuckled, "You are so whipped, man."
"Just don't be late, dickweed." Josh scowled.
"Yeah, yeah. Try not to grow a vagina while I'm gone." Todd left and shut the door behind him.

Todd lived on the second floor of an old apartment complex in a horrid part of town. At the moment, he heard shouting from downstairs and saw two police cars pull into the driveway of the house across the way of his apartment complex. He and Josh weren't exactly stellar neighbors with their late night parties, blaring music, and drunken escapades.
He went down to the parking garage and found his truck in the exact same parking spot he had used since he moved to the apartment complex. The well-kept truck stood out in the crumby atmosphere of the dilapidated parking space. Chunks of cement dangerously hung off of the walls in chunks. Paint that once organized the garage into subdivisions was now faded and peeling. Hardly any unaltered surface was visible underneath the many decorations of various graffiti artists. The cars themselves were missing windows and upholstery; the original paint colors were indeterminable either because of unsatisfactory home paint jobs or because they were faded beyond recognition.
Todd looked around the depressing atmosphere for a while before sliding into the driver's seat of the truck. He turned the key and closed his eyes to concentrate and listen to the soothing purr of the engine. Well oiled and gassed up, the car sounded, to Todd, like a lion on a fully belly looking out over his pride.
Pre-set to his favorite radio station, the car began to belt out some early 1980s rock. Bobbing his head to the beat of the song, Todd skidded out of the parking garage and whirled through two green lights (plus one red light) before arriving to the turn off for Rockell's Gym. He pulled into a parking spot up front, crawled out of the car, and slammed the door shut, twirling his keys around his fingers for effect.
After a quick check-in at the front desk (he didn't feel like talking to Clause, they gay body builder who ran the front desk on saturdays) he headed into the locker room and threw off his jeans and shirt to replace them with only a pair of basketball shorts.
Todd loved visiting the gym at this time on saturdays; from one to four, women got half-priced use of equipment. As he walked by the toned women, he threw out a few winks, smiles, and waves, He took in the admiring stares. He fed his ego with the girls' longing glances. Todd knew he was attractive, 'but what's wrong with a little self confidence?' he thought.
After two six minute mile cardio warm-ups, he hit the weights. Under the bench press, he pushed himself to reach five, ten, fifteen, sixteen... seventeen... eighteen...
