imterview- lee daehwi

i: what kind of relationship did you have with park jihoon?
daehwi: a friendly one. we got along pretty well without any trouble. he was one of my closer friends in the group. since we're close in age too, we felt more relatable to each other.
i: what were you doing in the night of the murder?
daehwi: all i remember is that we had dance practice, then we went to the dorms and i fell asleep. there's nothing else i can recall.
i: did you notice anything strange recently, with other members or with jihoon himself?
daehwi: jihoon doesn't have the best relationship with others in the group.... well, for one, jihoon's been a study-holic recently. whenever we're in the waiting rooms, he has his textbook with him. he hardly talks to us anymore because he just studies all the time. the reason why, is because he's very competitive with woojin to pass him in the class ranks. i'm not as close to woojin as i am to jihoon, but there was definitely tension and it effected our team. oh, also, minhyun got really angry with him over the most petty things- like if jihoon misplaced dishes, which he did often, minhyun would totally go off about how jihoon doesn't put in dedication to the team, how he shouldn't have gotten into the group, and calling him awful things like "useless," "ugly bastard," etc. it got so out of hand once that jisung almost called the police. ong and jihoon were both gamers, and ong is really bad for rage quitting. he broke jihoon's phone out of rage before, and when jihoon demanded for ong to buy a new one, he refused.
i: describe the time jisung almost called the police.
daehwi: i don't remember the exact details, but jinyoung probably does, since he was in the room with me. minhyun and jihoon were just yelling back and forth about- oh, i forget. minhyun threatened to do something but.... i just can't remember.
i: who do you think murdered park jihoon?
daehwi: minhyun. he's definitely the type to act on inpulse and suddenly kill him for the most petty thing ever. however, i don't think jihoon was murdered by one person alone. minhyun and ong have been oddly close recently. i know after produce 101 ended, they had a very bad relationship because of the high competition between them. however, after ong and minhyun's raging over jihoon, i've noticed they've gotten along better. way better than they should....
