"Kian? What's happened?" Corey questioned with a concerned face as he saw his friend crying. Kian suddenly looked up with a confused expression on his face. He then suddenly noticed that everything he thought happened hadn't happened. In fact, they weren't even in the cafeteria. They were in class which would have meant Kian had been sleeping the whole time. His heart had settled and he let out a sigh of relief as he had found out what had actually happened.

The widest smile was plastered on his face because he knew now that no one had knew and he hadn't lost his friends as he had feared, but he knew he would have to tell them soon before it took a turn for the worst.

"I'm fine. Thank you, Corey." He smiled which made Corey confused, but of course he shook it off and turned back to face the board. Kian knew he would soon have to face Jc, but that wasn't what mattered at the moment.

School was finished and Kian couldn't be more nervous. He had told his friends at lunch that he needed to speak to them, but here he was facing Jc who happened to be there when he wanted to tell his friends what had been happening. His heart was beating out of his chest when he saw Harrison, Corey, and Bobby walking his way with puzzled looks as they saw the man behind him.

"Hi Kian, I'm guessing you don't know this guy." Bobby laughed as he looked at Jc. Jc only smirked because Jc for sure Kian couldn't say no to that.

"I-I uh-" Before Kian could even finish, Jc had cut him off.

"He knows me, trust me." Kian just wanted to fall in a hole once Jc had said that. His friends had all turned to him.

"What is he saying?"

"Is he your cousin?"

"Uncle?"

Jc scoffed. "Excuse you, uncle? Do I look that old to you?"

"He doesn't even have manners! How rude." Corey said while rolling his eyes. Kian didn't even know how to react to the whole situation. He didn't expect for everyone to notice there was a man so fast. He was taller than Jc and he could hide him easily just by standing in front of him. It all made no sense to him.

"I beg you pardon, but I do happen to have manners. Just not with those who assume such things about young, good looking and well educated men." Jc had responded while wiping his work suit off.

"Are you stating that I have no intelligence nor a good looking face?" Corey said with an attitude.

Oh no. Kian thought as he listened to the whole argument. How was he supposed to tell them he was doing such things with that man while they obviously disliked each other? Kian was so so so unlucky.

"YAH! I'm about to slap the both of you if you don't stop. We don't even know this man. So just chill out, alright?" Bobby had said trying to enlighten the situation.

Kian bit his bottom lip and looked up. "G-Guys I think it's time you know what has been happening. I haven't been honest with you guys and I'm so sorry, but since you know him now, you'll understand."

"Maybe you'll grow to like me even, hm?"

Bobby sighed as he looked around. Everyone was silent. Everything was silent. He couldn't believe his own ears once Kian began to explain the relationship with that snobby and disrespectful man, but he knew Kian wasn't really into the relationship as he thought he was.

Corey wasn't quite happy either. Hell, he wanted to knock that guy out. He was a jerk, a self-centered and conceited jerk (both the same meaning) that he had grown a disliking to. Now he had to some what deal with him for Kian's sake and he wasn't too happy. He loved his friend, but he had a terrible taste in men. Especially one who was into minors.

Harrison was calm mainly because Harrison already knew. He saw them have a chat that night at the bar and he saw them leave with one another, but he happened to keep his mouth shut so he didn't embarrass Kian.  He knew Kian still kept in touch because when Kian had called him to pick him up at a random house, he saw Jc watching Kian walk down the driveway. He saw him kissing Kian. He saw everything.

Even Jc was quiet which was something surprising because Jc always had something to say which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes never a good thing.

"S-So.." Kian mumbled as he twiddled with his thumbs. Everyone looked up at him with all different expressions mainly because one of them (possibly 2) were in love with the boy and felt betrayed, but that's something that he / they kept to themselves for a very long time and that's something Kian would have to cope with for the rest of his high school years.
