Looking at the stairs I decide I will. Rihanna has her back to me and is talking to someone. It's my one chance. I run to the stairs, pushing past a heap of people. I climb the stairs quickly and run into my room. I slam the door shut and lock it. Taking the deepest breath I can I let it out. The first thing I do it change out of this dress.

I'm soon in a white loose top and shorts. It's hot outside but I leave my hair hanging. Lying on my bed I get used to breathing again. I sit back up and look out my window into the kingdom. This place was beautiful, but now Rihanna uses all the taxes for us and everyone out there is starving. I want to get away from here. You should really try to celebrate Harriet. Rihanna's voice rings in my head.

"Uhhh!" Looking out the window I see the lights in the distance. It's the farmers village. They have food and are said to be the nicest people around. I'm sick of this place, all of this. Just leave then. I think that's what I'll do. I have nothing to loose here. My farther is gone, mother left when I was young and my new mum is mean.

I open up one of my spare bags and pack in a blanket, small pillow, full drink bottle and a box full of my emergency stash of food. I always have extra food in a special box. To be honest, this isn't the first time iv thought about leaving. Opening my closet I pull out my coat, it's long at the back but reaches the elbows at the front. The sun has another hour left of light. I'm sure I could make it to the farmers area. There would be food there, also there's strong, big trees.

I sling my bow and arrows over my shoulder and my bag over the other. Sitting on my window sill I jump down onto the small ledge above the second layer. This hight is small so I jump down I to the soft grass. I don't look back. I just run. Straight for the stables first to get Snowflake my white horse. I hook my bag on its saddle and slime aboard.

"Let's go girl." I whisper to her as we leave the stables, and my home.
