Vanoss Pov
It's been days and still there was no sight of Delirious...I'm starting to worry, my Crew is like family and when something happens to either of us, I blame the fault in me, that I should have done more to prevent it, and Delirious.....he was with me since day one, through my past we became friends, and as time flew by our bond grew stronger. I can't let anything happen to him, he did everything to make sure I was ok....that I was safe and out of trouble, he was like my insane guardian angel and yet I could never thank him enough.
I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard my name be faintly called, slowly bringing me back to the reality and the voice was louder as if someone was sitting next to me, I glance over and see Ellie lightly shaking my arm.
"Evan.....you're daydreaming again" she said
I blink and look around noticing I'm in the game room with my controller in my hand sitting in front of the TV "Oh...uh.....sorry Ellie" I say
She sighs "it's ok......you're not the only one out of your mind set, I think everyone else is the same" she said softly looking down
"Yeah....I just can't stop thinking about where Delirious could be" I say
"Hey...it's ok we'll find him" Ellie said with a gentle smile resting a hand on my arm causing a slight smile to crawl into my face
"Thanks Ellie" I say softly
Suddenly Mini rushed into the room "Vanoss we have a message from Anti and Dark......it's urgent"
I get up and nod " Gather the Crew, we're going now"
Mini nods and rushed to tell the others, I sigh and look at Ellie who was giving me puppy eyes
"Can I come too?" She asked
"No Ellie I can't risk your safety again"
"Evan I'm not a little kid any more I'm 16 now" she argued
"No Ellie....besides someone has to stay here in case Delirious comes back" I replied
Ellie just let out a harsh sigh then looks down nodding slightly
"Fine I'll stay"
I smile and pull her into a hug and kiss her head gently "Don't worry I'll be back before you know it"
"I know just......don't die" she said
I chuckles softly "I promise I wont die"
Soon the Crew was all ready and we got in our Vehicles making our way to Anti and Dark's place, but as I pulled out of the garage and down the driveway I glanced at the window seeing Ellie watching us leave with tears streaming down her face, this crushed my heart seeing her like this but.....she can't come with us to something that could be dangerous.
When Ellie was out of view I sighed and drove off with my crew driving behind me.
