My head lay in my hands as my AP Calc teacher, Mr Johnston (or as he liked to call himself: Mr C. Johnston)was teaching. I didn't even know what the guy was so enthusiastically going on about- something about... yeah, I don't know. I would pay attention, but today, honestly, I couldn't be bothered.
My attention shifted to the door as Principal Jones walked in. His eyes were searching the room for someone until they landed on me. Me? Why me? What did I do wrong? I mean, I did throw a popcorn at Steph but that was about it for today. I mentally slapped myself. Come on Aurora, no matter how mischievous Principle Jones thinks you are, you're the class valedictorian, what would you do wrong?
"Sorry to disturb your class, Mr Johnston, but can I borrow Miss Abramovich, please?" As I stood up and took my things along with me, I sent a discreet smirk toward my twin brother, Noah's way. I know he didn't enjoy this class any more than I did.
As soon as I stepped out of the class, Principal Jones started speaking, "Miss Abramovich, as you are class valedictorian, I would like you to show our new student around our school," My eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"New student?" As if on cue, a boy clad in a black shirt that stuck to him like a second skin, came out from behind Principal Jones. I couldn't help but notice that he DAMN, he looked sexy! Shut up Aurora, he's probably just a typical player.
"I'll leave you two to introduce yourselves," Jones said as he nodded our way and eventually left to go to his office.
"Alex Crimson, the hottest guy you'll ever see and have seen," he sent a charming smile my way and held out his hand. I ignored it though but introduced myself anyway.
"Aurora Abramovich,"
"Nice name, princess, but what's your full name?"
I let out a long exasperated sigh as he just stood there, waiting for me. I could already tell this was going to be a long tour, "Don't call me princess, and Aurora Carolina Abramovich."
"By the way, nice eyes princess," They were a pale but vibrant green with a black circle around them. I let out a long groan and just walked to start the tour.
This is going to be a long, long day.
